The tickets are genuine
The tickets are genuine, processed correctly, and the customer service is amazing. However, be aware that they may call you to ask for a higher ticket price because the original price was an expired offer. Even then, the new price is usually still cheaper than buying directly from the airline’s official website.
The main downside is the uncertainty: you may not receive your tickets until the day before your flight, or even just 5 hours before departure. If you value peace of mind, this might not be for you. Great price, but definitely stressful.
