I had ordered 2 of the THC Free CBD vape cartridges, but received the Full Spectrum version of the flavors I had picked. I messaged them about the mistake and they responded within an hour or so. They may have even tried to call me, but I dont answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They expedited the correct vape carts and I received them very quickly. They added an extra vape pen and a battery. Best customer support I've even dealt with. Will definitely order from them again and recommend this site to others.

CBD pen Well made. Definately works for sleep. Took awhile to receive it, had to email them to search for ETA and then miraculously it came shortly thereafter. Gummies didn't work as well for me but haven't experimented with those as much since the pen has worked so well.

I purchased the Rip’d, DELTA 8 THC to hopefully help with my back pain. I took it as instructed and had the worse experience of my life. I had no clue that this type of drug was sold over the counter. I hallucinated and could hardly move. Thank God I didn’t have to drive because I couldn’t have. I was scared and truly thought I might die. The only thing I could do was go to bed. I was still half loaded in the morning. This product should be illegal. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t, but could replace it with another item. I did write back and say I was looking for something to help my back pain. I never heard back. Not very good customer service.

The actual product is great, my dog seems to be a bit more comfortable when I give him a daily chew.
My problem is, I ordered the chews and got my confirmation on November 10, 2022, I finally received the chews on February 18, 2023. Shipped from AZ to MA. USPS Priority Mail. Posting date from the company was February 3, 2023. Four months, no explanation. Will never use this company again.
