STILL MINUS 10 STAR

STILL MINUS 10 STAR
Part 2 of my experience with this scammer company
after fighting with them for more than a week after they tried to force me to make a new subscription they activated my 1 month sub, it worked 50/50 for LESS than a week and then I was contacted and "offered" a 1 year subscription, when I decline they disconnected me and started harassing me and writing threats such as calling me a nazi and pedophile
So DON'T use those scammers and liars

SkyTvera

I tell you right now this company would get - 0 stars if possible. After paying for their lifetime pkg, from a guy known as Kevin Wanyama, they failed to provide support and customer service properly. My tv programming worked for a few days, and then was disconnected. They kept telling me that I had to pay or " please add" $$ so they can fix problem with activation. When they activated my lifetime pkg, it was only valid for 30 days or less. This went on 8 or so times and they always promised to refund my money. Each time , I was issued new credentials for access, that were only active for another month, I was told to talk to and deal with a guy known as John Kutcher. I made small payments to him as well. Well, i never got any refund yet to this day. So, for them to "refund" your money, they want you to send them money???? I think that's bullsh*t!! They are scammers, crooks, and thieves. Never trust them. Always promising to refund you, but that never happens..Customer service is terrible. SO, AVOID THE HEADACHE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY.
DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

SkyTVEra IPTV Service seems like (Definitely Is) a…scam

SkyTVEra IPTV Service seems like a great deal. But they insist you pay via Xoom because Xoom offers no protections whatsoever even though paid via PayPal. With Paypal direct you get about 60 days of protection. When I first signed up they asked me to pay via Xoom and I told them I would only pay via PayPal direct. So they sent me a link to pay via PayPal. But the service was set up with and expiry date only a few days away rather than the lifetime service I had paid for. When I asked about it they said I had to request a refund a pay via Xoom. I told them again I would not pay via Xoom. So they again sent me a link to pay via PayPal. This time they did not set up the service at all and again asked me to pay via Xoom. I managed not to get scammed by them because I refused to pay via Xoom but just a warning to anyone else being pressured to pay a service via Xoom rather than PayPal direct.

Additional Info:
It turns out that the e-mail address they had me send the PayPal payments to was not even associated with SkyTVErra. I received a message from that person asking my why Paypal was refunding money to me from him. I thought it was a furtherance of the scam but it turned out that he was a customer of SkyTVErra who did get scammed. He thought I was from SKYTVerra and was trying to get his money back. We sent a few e-mails back and forth and it turns out he paid via Xoom and did not receive any services. Unfortunately his money is gone and he has no recourse because he got sucked into paying via Xoom.

Edit (2026-03-17): I am not a competitor. I am someone who was interested in your service which does not exist. I paid for it twice and you were not able to set it up the way I paid for it. You had me send payments to someone that is not affiliated with your company knowing I would be asking for a refund when you did not provide the service paid for. The address you wanted me to pay via Xoom was a totally different address than the one you had me pay via PayPal.
