Money well spent. The unit functions great and when I started having some driver problems, customer service took care of it quick and easy. Already had my cousin purchase one after me using the PC for three weeks and we are both having a great experience.

Chris from costumer service was the best person to talk to for my situation. I got a transaction error on Skytechs website and I panicked, Chris was there to help me within minutes of the situation; and even confirmed some facts about a case I was more interested in, definitely deserves a raise for sure 👍👍👍

I bought this pc (ST-KING95-1622-W-BU) in best buy, adn this PC give me kind of problems:
1.- Dont want turn on: put my monittors, my keyboard, mouse, etc. and first give me a flash light, then turn on
2.-I turned it on once and it gave me a blue screen and restarted by itself; this shouldn't happen if I just bought it.
This PC cost me $2000 and I expected fewer errors during installation. Well, I'll be in touch with technical support if anything continues to go wrong.

"Date of experience" says 04/08/2026 but it's actually 04/13/2026, but the option wouldn't let me choose that date.
EDIT: Okay so, this is embarrassing.... I had originally came on here ranting about my own horrible experience with my Skytech purchase, and even went as far as requesting a refund. Admittedly, I am FAR from a tech guy. My knowledge of gaming PC's died after Wrath Of The Lich King WoW (2012ish).
However, my Mexican Knight In Shinning Armor, known as "Ed" over at Skytech came through in a chrome stallion with hydraulics, 100 spoke horseshoes, accompanied by a mariachi playing Bonnie Tyler's Holding Out For A Hero, with Tacos and Modelos, for the homies and was able to help me remotely, fix my issue.... or better said, help me realize how out of touch I am with tech.
I ignorantly blamed Skytech and the PC for my issues. I reinstalled Windows, all my drivers... everything! I had even downloaded Arc Raiders, and got a refund, because I thought the games were the problem, not realizing I had hooked up my monitor to the wrong display slot. (I'm so embarrassingly stupid)
Sorry Skytech, Kelsey, Juan, Fabian and all the people over at Skytech but especially MY homie, Ed. My bad.
Needless to say, my boy Ed came through, remotely went through the process, as I sat there and got schooled and humbled (in a good way). Turns out, I had ignorantly connected my monitor to the Motherboard and not the Graphics card (GPU), where it's supposed to go. There's even an enormous Skytech decal with an arrow blocking all the wrong slots, that tells you exactly where to plug in your monitor!
Whoever made up the term "idiot prooof" has never met me, that's for sure 🤦♂️
Now, my PC works better than I could have imagined.
My headache lasted about 2 weeks, Ed found the solution in less than 5 minutes.
Get you a Skytech! Get you an Archangel 5 And get you an Ed.... But not my Ed, because he's MY homie now! If he ever decides to do OF, I'm gonna be his first subscriber.... Because that's what homies do! 😉👍🏽
Will HIGHLY recommend!
Will also HIGHLY recommend to pay attention to where you connect your display. Trust me, it will save you soooo many headaches.
Thank You Ed. You saved me from the horrible decision of getting a refund, that I would have regretted.

I am new to PC gaming, and was having an issue booting up a game. I called in to Skytech's tech support and was lucky to get Andre he is a wonderful tech with great customer service skills. Had an issue using my debit card when purchasing. After my account was deducted the full amount for the pc, I never received a recipe. Called and they told me the didn't get a payment even though it was taken. Since I've been trying to get my 3 thousands dollars back but they won't even check there accounts and refuse to help. They are crooks and stole 3k from me. I am now going through my bank and will be suing them to get my money back. Do not purchase from this company! They are not trustworthy.
