best customer support even late night

I've been using SkyServer for some time now, and I've had a positive overall experience. I haven't had any significant problems thus far, and the server's uptime and performance have been consistent. Additionally, support has been useful whenever I've needed it.

In relation to the services they offer, their prices are fair. All things considered, if you're searching for a trustworthy server provider, this is a good choice.

Worst hosting they are scammers they scammed my money and gave me an vps that never worked i asked them it is not working, they told me to try other network even tho i tried 3. Then when I asked for refund they never replied thier less an 1h support is completely fake never buy vps from here unless u wanna burn ur money.

All promises on the website were almost a showcase item. In reality, you won't have a reliable service. Think before you join! I regret now!
1. 60sec VPS deployment time: This can never be true as I got my VPS and IP assigned literally after a day and that too after following up with the so-called whatsapp customer care (CC).
2. 99.9% uptime: Another failed promise. Ultimate purpose of any VPS is to fulfill this and that why we take a VPS. Had occasional connection issues where I could not connect to my VPS. Definitely not 99.9%, may be 70% which is a very poor rate.
3. 24/7 Expert Support: Every support question took almost to get a response. They even provide a whatsapp support which will listen to you and say it will take some time resolve the issue. And they have forwarded the issue to IT team which has an indefinite turnaround time.
4. My VPS was locked out saying multiple user attempts with wrong password. I didn't do anything of that sort but still contacted CC for a solution. I was instructed to rebuild the OS which will make all the data lost on the already setup VPS. I tried to rebuild. that was not happening too. Contacted CC and they say they will look into it (probably indefinitely)
5. I particularly opted for a Mumbai VPS considering latency towards my trading system but I was offered Delhi without any consultation or confirmation. And when asked I was asked to continue with Delhi since Mumbai is full it seems. why I was not consulted? I would have cancelled the VPS subscription in first place.

So all in all it is a headache for me to continuously follow up with CC to make the VPS work. Its been 3 days now and I am not able to use my own purchased VPS.
