Payout Difficulties
The company were helpful initially but have not responded despite multiple attempts to contact them about the payout link not working. They have no avenue to contact them directly and so far it has been hard to contact them about the compensation they owe me.

I was on a flight with many people I knew. Despite me claiming first via any refund site they claimed weeks after and have received there payouts where I am still waiting and I can't even find anywhere to phone them to check my claim. I would go with other firms, that seem to get the job done in about a week

Exceptional experience with SkyRefund
I was very sceptical about using SkyRefund but they absolutely delivered. They required a
minimum of information and paperwork from me and took care of everything.
They secured what I thought was an exceptional amount of compensation within three weeks and once I pressed the button to accept, the funds were in my account seconds later. This was a really great experience. (Yes, they take a fairly hefty commission I think about a third, but they certainly earned it. Also, I’m sure I would never have got the result they did if I was handling all this alone.)

These guys are incredible! Hands down the best team ever. I just received a refund of 260 Euros for an Austrian Airlines terrible mistakes and delays I had experienced back in 2024. Sure it took them 2 years but... still was nice to see them pay.
