I do not like to be advised multiple times that a package is on its way, almost delivered and then finally delivered. It wastes my time continually reading updates. I just want the package to be delivered!!

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. I had to chase my parcel and was constantly messaged that my parcel was in transit. 4 weeks later and no sign of the package. Finally managed to contact someone and was told that my parcel had been lost and my order therefore cancelled. Truly awful service.

Package was never delivered
I was told that my package had been delivered but this was completely false and there is no sign of it. This was over two weeks after the order had been dispatched.
