Hi Olga! Thanks for the comment. Consider that the transport was an economy one and that there were holidays in between. We can usually deliver to UK from Italy in 3/4 days

Have not received package
Have not received package. Tracking number doesn’t work. Very very poor.
Customer Service replied that the shipment had been delivered - left on porch apparently. No ringing of the doorbell, I was at home, and no package on porch. And no taking responsibility.
