After preordering our cab one week…
After preordering our cab one week before we arrived on time and had to wait 20 minutes for our driver to arrive. We ordered a sedan with a baby seat from sky maxi cabs and had a 13 cabs van turn up. We had pre confirmed payment for our trip and the driver told us we needed to pay extra $5 for airport car parking. Disgusting experience.

Both maxi taxis were over 25 minutes…
Both maxi taxis were over 25 minutes late (27 and 28 to be specific), so we were 30 minutes late to the restaurant.
Communication was delayed and the drivers told us they had only been contacted for the trip 10 mins prior to arriving.
Very disappointed in the service, not sourcing us taxis efficiently which is the whole point of your company.
Additionally, it was not busy on the roads!

Arrived on time, very clean taxi and the driver was helpful to load the baggage.

Excellent driver - smart, knowledgable and patient (it was hard to hear when talking on the phone in the noisy air terminal, and I was waiting in the wrong place etc).

The driver was early and very helpful. The one annoying thing was that when we had to pay the cards kept declining even when I tried multiple cards.

From arrival at airport to drop off at our hotel Sky Maxi Cabs were great. We needed a baby seat and they were great in arranging one for us making the journey more relaxing for us after an international flight. Recommended to anyone wanting a good company to deal with.
