I was charged repeatedly by a company called Skyguide for a subscription I did not knowingly agree to.
There is no functional customer support. Emails sent to their support and info addresses are rejected, making it impossible to cancel the subscription or request a refund.
The charges were discovered only later. My bank confirmed the payments, but the merchant is unreachable and provides no way to cancel or communicate.
I am requesting a full refund. Be careful – this appears to be a misleading subscription service.
