The app looked very interesting in December 2025. I signed up, but like a lot of people, I missed the subscription policy. I never used the app, completely forgot about it until I checked my credit... See more

I got a new charge to resubscribe to something I didn't ever know I had a subscription. they reversed the charge and cancelled the subscription unlike so many other subscriptions.

I appreciate that my request was dealt with promptly. I wish my account had been monitored yo see that I had not participated in the classes, so I could have dealt with my account sooner.

The site in intriguing at first because you think, Oh, is this customized to me? Only to realize it's not.
I paid $29 for a 3 month trial. About two months in, I realized I only logged in like 3 times ever. So I tried to cancel. Then they offered additional days.. I don't remember how many since they don't confirm anything in an email other than the welcome email. They also don't send any reminder emails about renewals or charges or payments. You just have to monitor your cards and wait to see a charge magically appear.
Overall, the site is pretty nice but it's not an app. However, I don't use cosmetics, I liked it for skincare stuff which it lacked. It's mainly used as an affiliate marketing boost to products they market in their "guides".
Anywho, I see a charge go out with no emails or payment notifications from the merchant.
The one decent thing is they do have actual people and response team. Although, they don't provide any contact email. I can't believe what they charge for what it is. It's not worth even checking out in my opinion. I'm not sure what kinds of people are attracted to a bunch of pdf files, but it exists.
They offered me a 50% refund.. WHY NOT THE WHOLE AMOUNT??? I already told you how much I don't use your site for ANYTHING, and I WAS SUPER DISSATISFIED.
Disputing with my card company now.

WORST COMPANY AND SCAMMERS!! WORTHLESS APPLICATION. BRING YOU IN ON A DISCOUNT, DON'T EMAIL YOU CONFORMATION OF ENROLLMENT OR ENDING TRIAL AND THEN CHARGE YOU INSANE AMOUNTS FOR MONTHS UNTIL YOU FINALLY CATCH IT. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SNAKES!

Antony was wonderful and addressed my concerns immediately regarding a subscription. I appreciate him and his customer service. He handled my cancellation perfectly

I paid for a one time week Long subscription. Next thing I know they charged me, Fifty Five dollars every month, despite canceling TWICE! They still continue to process these payments, and when I disputed it with my credit card, they then sent a rebuttal letter, saying I’m responsible for the payments and that I didn’t cancel until after I disputed the payments with the credit card. That is completely false! The fact of the matter is that they did not validate, or approve my cancellation until months later when I finally disputed with them, then they finally canceled my “subscription”. It’s impossible to cancel them!!! They are fraud and a scam and their services we’re stupid for the price you pay. Absolutely ridiculous. They stole hundreds from me!!

After much confusion, on my side I must say that the incident has been resolved. Thank you.

The product didn't meet the sales pitch. I thought I was going to get tutorials on how to put on makeup and all I got was skin and face analysis. And shades to be used. And for that level of information, the cost is too much.

Honestly, the cost for service is super over-priced. I was expecting to try something different/new, but anything I've read has been nothing I didn't already know.
I'm mostly disappointed at how deceptive this service is when (attempting to) cancelling a subscription.
First, the site or app's customer service is extremely difficult to find and/or navigate around, ESPECIALLY if you are traveling the route towards cancelling a subscription. I literally had to ask google step by step what do to just to locate the page. I followed the prompts to cancel and everything seemed fine...until 3 months later, Skyfluence was trying to charge me $50 again.
Confused, I investigated, and learned that even though I requested a cancellation, my account was only paused until 3 months later without my knowledge. So, I decide to try requesting a cancellation a second time. This time, of course, the app/website made some changes & it was a difficult, sneaky-way-to-hide steps so you can't find the cancellation service easily whatsoever. After figuring out how to get to the right page, I am very frustrated at this point because I've gotten charged a total of $150.00+ during the time I wasn't even using the service--Actually, I was made to believe twice, three times now, that my subscription and account were to be cancelled/deleted.
The one thing nice I can say is that they were very professional and respectful when responding back to me promptly. They sure acted like they cared, whether that part was genuine or not, and I feel a tiny bit badly for cussing someone out the third time I was trying to stop everything.
I really hope I do not receive anymore surprise charges in my bank, from Skyfluence again, because if this happens FOUR times, I'm going to freak out and consider calling a lawyer.

I received a prompt response and, while I didn’t receive a full refund, I received a 50% refund. As a 68 year old on a fixed income, I am very appreciative!
