I had to cancel my subscription

I had to cancel my subscription,
because of financial situations.
It was easy to cancel quickly. Most companies lead you on for weeks or you can’t find a place to cancel.

Skyfluence was awesome to work with

Skyfluence was awesome to work with, they were quick to respond to my email with a resolution. I accidentally set up a subscription and did not realize I was being billed for it, customer service cancelled my subscription and gave me a full refund.

Since January I have been charged

Since January I have been charged, $39.99 - $79.99 - $99.99 for something that I have never used.
I have been trying to cancel this and get a refund but I am getting no where.
ALLSPLICED appears on my cc so I contacted them first, they can’t find my account and wanted me to supply them with the time the transaction was made. I called my credit card company and they just laughed.
This has been a truly frustrating experience. And this is why so many people are reluctant to sign up for these type of companies.

I would like to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Paul.

From the very beginning, Paul was kind, understanding, compassionate, and professional. Although my initial request could not be accommodated due to the circumstances, he took the time to listen, explain the situation clearly, and treat me with genuine empathy and respect throughout our interaction.

What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond to find an alternative solution. Rather than simply telling me no, he worked with me to identify another option, which I greatly appreciated.
