Leveled to 80 with no problem in 1h

I wanted to level up two characters at the same time to level 80 - support help me with setting up the note and the "PRO" handled it well.

I wanted to switch one character on level 70 to another and it wasn't also an issue. All good!

Diablo 4 power leveling was a waste of time and money

I ordered a Diablo 4 power leveling from 1 to 70 and started at level 34. After one hour I was only level 49 which is ridiculously slow. At this pace it would take several more hours to finish which completely defeats the point of paying for this kind of service

I asked to switch the PRO because it clearly was not efficient. Support kept saying I was in a priority queue but after another 30 minutes of waiting nothing changed at all

In the end I had to log off because I do not have time to sit around and watch almost no progress. This is supposed to be a professional service but it felt like the person doing it did not know what they were doing

Based on this experience I would strongly recommend avoiding this service if you expect anything close to fast or professional power leveling

Possible phishing, predatory practices

I purchased a boost in March, the booster did not deliver what was promised, and Skycoach said they were giving me a credit of $24.99. In order to use my credit, which I attempted to do today, I was told I had to verify my payment, of which there wasn't one, making the request very suspicious. I was asked to do this by clicking on a link provided in my email. Several reps stonewalled me and refused to explain further, but the verification wants my driver's license and live video. Why would I provide that to a company that failed to deliver the first time, and now won't even let me use a credit they promised me without "verifying my identity" by providing personal information? Ultimately I caved rather than lose the money, but will be keeping a careful eye on my accounts. I certainly won't be doing further business with them and suggest others stay away from their predatory business practices.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! SkyCoach is a complete fraudulent operation. They lured me in with fake discounts, and the moment I tried to cancel my order, they stole $100 from me for absolutely nothing.

They are professional scammers who hide behind "policies" to rob their customers. Communication is a joke and they have zero integrity. If you give them your card details, consider your money gone. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This site should be shut down for theft. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Buyer Beware!

They sold me a product they didn't actually offer. Then when trying to correct the issue a representative, Richard, ignored me for over an hour.

This company used to be really good, but it's clear they do not care about their customer any longer.
