Insulted by Customer Service

I made a booking to Luton Airport this morning.
I called them to confirm but the person from customer service insulted me instead. Apparently, the website had an issue, and I paid the wrong price for that journey, but that is not my fault.
The person from customer service asked me whether I am "feeling ok in my head" and how I even made that booking. I said I just went through their website and Paypal checkout.
He was very aggressive, stated that he would cancel the booking and I am not to rebook until the website shows the correct price.

Car wasn't at airport

Booked the car service a couple of days prior. Has a great booking experience. Got a text message confirming. The price was incredibly fair.

When I got to Luton, there was no driver waiting for me at airport. I called the number for the service at 11:40pm.

Apparently my driver needed to be "allocated." No one told me I had to ring in to have the driver show up. Normally when you book, and get a confirmation, the driver is expected to wait for you at the airport. I'm glad my phone still had some charge.

Then I had to wait for the driver to show up. I had to wait outside for 25 mins.

"He will be with you in 2 minutes, no more than 5 minutes tops."

"He is just in the tunnel, will be with you in 1 minute."

I kept calling the service to find out where my driver was. Finally my driver rang me back to tell me he was coming into the airport. He said he'd be right in, but that was a lie. He was still minutes away.

The driver showed up at 12:10am. "Were you waiting long?" I landed at 11:25pm. Yes, I was waiting long.

What is the point of a scheduled pickup if there is no driver who shows up?
