More threats

Still struggling with threats from the same debt collector and sky's friend 6 months on all for 25 £ I don't owe 80 years old disabled never had sky service's don't want it. Got all the emails to prove it sent me equipment that's no good needed internet to use it I had no cables or fibre to my bungalow just Freeview how tho puck should I pay for the puck not on my friend I'm with BT

The sky customer service is a joke

The sky customer service is a joke. I actually think they are laughing at their customers. We have a broadband issue, pretty simple really, the outside line has snapped. This happened a month ago, At least 4 hrs on the phone and numerous chat messaging plus a phanthom engineer callout and no progress. The engineer not turning up was particularly annoying as i took day off work to wait all day for them not to bother turning up. And no apologies from sky either. Worst compny ever

Appalling service

Appalling service , equipment, stream box, router, etc etc
Do yourself a favour and avoid stress stay away from this company, they were terrible some years ago, and we were gullible enough to think all will be better…….

Issue outstanding for a month!!!!!

Have been waiting nearly a month for broadband to be fixed. It drops intermittently. Did the troub shoot with them, 48hrs later called back and the issue was the same, they booked an engineer who came out and said there's an issue with the line and that he will send a report.in the same day. I have phoned them multiple times and spoke to multiple people wanting to do the same checks that was done in order to get the engineer out. Phoned again and asked for complaints escalatio, was put through to cancellations who wants to charge me an early exit fee for a service they cannot provide. Spoke to them today as they were supposed to speak to backfire and get the report actioned. They now claim they never received the report and say my line is fine...... still taking money off me but juat won't resolve or cancel... had enough

I wish there was a minus score you…

I wish there was a minus score you could Give, Never have I received WORSE customer service. Called 02/12/2025 to arrange Braodband and TV. Previous tenant's account was still active. I was asked to get their account number and would get a call before 5 to activate a new account. No call back.

Called the next day and was advised I had to wait until 18th. Then told I will actually look into it and call you before 5. No callback.

Made a complaint on the web got a callback advising the previous customer's account was cancelled but it could take up to 24 hours. Again told I would get a call before 5 whether it was good or bad news. Again no callback.

Following day no call but a voicemail appeared on my phone advising I could now activate but the message came in at 1 min to 5:29 so I when I called back Sky was closed. This was a Friday. Couldn't activate on line.

Called Monday and and was told it would take a week to activate me. When I asked to make a complaint nobody would speak to me and I was referred back to the website.

Avoid sky puck at all costs

Sky Puck is one of the worst products I’ve ever used. It doesn’t allow you to record content, and if you don’t watch a program live, playback is often blocked. BBC shows are unavailable, and American shows simply redirect you to paid apps that require an additional subscription.

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Mobile phone through their…

Ordered a Mobile phone through their 'Deals' promotions on their website. 3 months and no mobile phone. I am being billed monthly for a sim card I can't use because I don't have a PHONE! The phone is listed on my account. Despite emails and waiting on endless calls I am not getting through. Quick to take your money but not so quick to provide good quality service.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service, and I got ripped off by Sky. They did not issue a refund; instead, they are sending the money to the Sky balance. I am still waiting for the refund! But the first refund has been credited to my balance rather than my payment method.

Also, the verification check for the agreement APP is completely bad, which resulted in the order being cancelled.

I will update in 3 days or 5 days until they "refund" the money from the balance, and the other 2 orders will be cancelled to my payment method.

Update: 1 of the refunds has been initiated, and the other 2 have been manually initiated, or that's what they say. I will be updating.

Updating after 3 days... still waiting for all refunds.

21/12/2025 Update after 11 days... Still nothing for the refund.... One of the worst customer service at the moment.

22/12/2025 They just said 3 to 5 more days..... this is already feeling like a scam done by Sky's call center.
24/12/2025, Refund just done today..... Thank you. But you need to work better because I had to make several calls before this gets done. Also, for sure, if I didn't push it a lot, this would not get done yet.

Do not buy a sky glass Tv

Do not buy a sky glass Tv , You cannot use the TV the way you want ,after you have paid for the TV in full. Sky will not let you put the TV onto a new sky account. I spent over two hours with two customer care people who told me the cowardly back end people who make the decisions for sky and don’t take phone calls won’t allow it. There is nothing in the contract when you buy a glass TV off sky that states this. Under Irish consumer laws this is illegal because sky are telling you how to use the TV after you’ve paid for it , the warned avoid sky at all costs.

This company has zero loyalty

This company has zero loyalty to long standing customers. I am trying to leave (after 16 years) and they put me into a 12 month contract after I specifically said I'd be leaving once my contract was up. The agent blatantly lied to me - which I have in text format - saying I could leave in 6 months with 31 days notice. When I realised what she had done I rang to cancel - which was within my rights as there is a 14 day cooling off period and they won't cancel.
Why are new customers given so much when long standing customers are treated so badly? Shame on you Sky

If i could give a -1 i would, absolute joke, first signed up for 1 Gbs ultrafast fibre and tv package, first of all my tv package was cancelled a few minutes after signing up and they don't know why an didn't bother fixing it so left it an kept the broadband, worked fine on the first day, second day max 80mbs download speed and has gotten worse over a week of being with them, I'm well experienced in the Networking department, laid a complaint then for them to say they'll get back to me in 10 working days, after getting an email saying there's nothing wrong on their side an its mine, and haven't bothered trying to fix it or not! Stay well clear.

How are these people still in buiness? Looking at previous ratings I'm glad I couldn't get through or place an order.
I'm a National Account Manager, I work with my customers to keep them happy and drive business forward or I'd be out of a job. Absolute joke.

Avoid at all cost. Pestering me to upsell but can’t fix what you are paying for

Absolute crap company 24 hours with broadband guaranteed to have my broadband restored by 1500 today. Rang Sky and was on hold for 1 hour and 47 minutes and an automated message said the lines are now closed at 1700.
Sky are worse than useless. Going else where for broadband after today. I’m ashamed to have recommended Sky to friends and colleagues in the past. Sky are a disgrace to the telecoms industry

Horrific customer service.

Horrific customer service.. I've never in my life experienced such bad service. Call dropped several times.. Call centre is based in India, the network keeps dropping. They ask the same questions repeatedly. It's unbelievable how bad the training is. Unstable networks is not acceptable when phoning and being charged for the privilege. As a long standing customer this is absolutely not acceptable treatment.

I've just come off the phone from sky after being on to them for an hour and 40 mins.
The so called advisor laughed at me when I was talking to her.
I've never been so frustrated in my life.
Don't use them, I've been waiting 6 weeks and I'm still not connected to Sky

I would pick 0stars if I could

I would pick 0stars if I could. Signed up for sky glass tv and internet. No issues or concerns raised. A week later and I have been told my internet is not strong enough to run the sky glass box so the suggestion is to pay €150 for an engineer to call and also increase my monthly bill. I asked to cancel my contract as I am in the cooling off period and they are refusing.
