I've been with Skuma for two years and I'm very happy with the quality of the purifier water, it part of my daily routine.For mire then one year I'm using the three kind of Base minerals, alkaline, boost and and soft mineralsabd the test of the water it is totally diferent, feels like you are drinking minerals water better for a healthy body hydration.
As well from January 2026 I'm drinking daily the water in combination with Skuma melisse electrolyte ,a really boost energy drink for my bofy, going to gym few times a week .
Since I bought the Skuma water filter I had a few technical issues and the customer service team, especially Rohit and Ashwin prouved a remarkable professionalism, politeness and efficiency in solving my issues.
I strongly recommend to by this amazing water filter and the minerals.

Terrible, I wasn’t told when I first purchased this was a test trial. I’ve had no hot water since I bought it as it doesn’t work barring steam! I then had it upgraded by them and somehow it became even worse. They then said they upgraded it again. You couldn’t make this up. I would avoid buying this an go for the water drop a1 instead as that’s actually a finished product. Avoid avoid avoid

To reply to your reply, this is not true, you stated when I purchased that this was the final product but it was not fit for purpose. You have upgraded it once not twice. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but not their own facts. You then offered to upgrade it again, yet the previous upgrade you stated this also was the final product. See the disconnect? You are an amateur company and the product reflects that. I would encourage others to avoid.

Water has never tasted so good, simple worktop machine, easy to use.

Skuma is a great product and saves you from drinking tap water and bottled water but it could be refined a bit more such as if you need to pull the machine out towards you on your kitchen side the rubber feet on the bottom of the unit just fall off also when you use the hot water function the machine splutters really hot water everywhere and the water tank is really quite difficult to lift off the machine due to the suction the tank uses at the bottom all these things could be refined for user experience but overall it does do the job of providing you fresh clean mineral water at home

Stylish and easy to set up. Hardly uses any power and delivers the amount of water you set. Would recommend.

I've been using this every day since it arrived and it's genuinely become part of my routine. Build quality feels considered — it doesn't have that cheap, disposable feel that a lot of similar products do. Holds up well with regular use, which is ultimately the test that matters.
It does what it promises without overcomplicating things, which I appreciate. Sometimes you just want something that works consistently, and this delivers that. No gimmicks, no faff.
Would recommend to anyone looking for something reliable that you can actually incorporate into your day-to-day without thinking about it.

Do not go for skuma go for Aquatru or a different less complex system… The skuma I bought had a fault with the machine and did not work - the filtration cycle didn’t complete and when I tried the water it tasted grim. They sent me a new filter as they thought that was the issue to put inside the machine but the machine itself was the issue. After 3 months of going back and forth a not getting anywhere I asked to return the machine for a full refund because it never worked and I never got to use it. Despite the reasonable request they refused to refund me and I lost £200 as they only gave me a partial refund despite the fact their machine was at fault and never worked. This was the decision of the ceo. I told him it was unfair but he still wouldn’t offer the full refund. Once I returned the machine they then took an additional 8 weeks to actually send me the partial refund. The system is too complex for its own good and they refuse refunds even when the machine doesn’t work.

Our unit started leaking after about 18 months of good use. We contacted customer service and the machine was out of warranty! We ended up paying for the unit to be upgraded. We sent our unit off and it was returned in less than week looking pretty much brand new. We really missed having the Skuma water filter when it was out of action as the water tasted great and good to know drinking less toxins.
Reason for 4 stars: sometimes communication was slow on WhatsApp and couldnt speak to someone on phone directly; I ordered the upgrade online but never received any email confirmation so had to rely on whatsapp messages to reassure me they had my order; & I had thrown the original packaging out so it was a hassle trying to get appropriate packaging to send back (penalties if not packaged as per their instructions) - this delayed my return of machine as process seemed confusing as also had to chase for details - would have been good to have received a step by step guide via email for returning package.
Finally, it would be great if made of less plastic!
Overall, we love the machine and that is the reason we perservered with the upgrade process :)

Almost next-day delivery, good instructions, and a nice device. We've been using it for a couple of days now, and we're very happy with the taste of the water (using Boost minerals). I surely recommend it!

I have been following the company since the initial crowdfunding days via kickstarter in 2021 and then purchased my Sküma filter on 13/7/23 (I should have left a review before now) and since then I have only had positive experiences. Customer support have always responded promptly and resolved the minor issues that I had.

My machine has paid for itself via a the savings made from no longer buying bottled water.

I highly recommend this company.

Quality of the water is a no brainer - superior to any other filter system I've used plus added minerals make it taste and feel like you are drinking mineral water, which is much better for optimum hydration. Fairly easy to set up, and simple to use.

My 2 negatives are that the hot water function needs some work - spurts and the temperature is definitely not accurate; although the team did help me to recalibrate it and since the temperature has improved but still not the stated temp. The water waste tank is very small so fills up quickly and this can be annoying as it needs constant emptying - but I realise it shows how hard the filter is working to clean my hard water - so equally worth it. Could invest in their drainage tube which I haven't yet as can't plug in near my sink.

The Skuma water filter is amazing. Now i feel confident i’m drinking water that’s good for me, especially as i live in an area controlled by Southern Water.

I have not once regretted my investment in a Skuma Water Filter.
Their product is robustly packaged so in good conditionupon delivery, its composition and application are user-friendly, it is durable & has longevity, Skuma has a decent choice of accompanying minerals & electrolytes (if your water needs a 'boost'), and I have been happy with the quality of filtered water output.
Their communications team are also polite & efficient which helps solidify trust in the company.

Leaks everywhere, self draining tank doesn’t work at ALL. Ruined countertop as leaked overnight even when turned off. Customer service refusing to process refund.

Perfectly clean water; great set up & easy to use.

Highly recommend both the product and the customer service. The water is nice and the selling point for me was the electrolytes are recommended but optional as some give me headaches so I can use half a sachette rather than having to accept the levels some provide .The design is good, the waste tank is on the front which is better if you don’t have much space. I have to empty the waste tank regularly as it’s a hard water area however I have bought the continuous waste tank and it’s a game changer. Just don’t set the unit up with it initially add it on after it’s set up. Skuma were easy to contact and Alex called me to walk me through part of the set up so top marks for customer service. Would definitely recommend.
