Shipping is too slow.
Everything is excellent except the shipping. I have paid $80.00 extra for day shipping and it still takes a month for delivery same as if I didn't pay the extra fee.
The quality of the skulls has been 100% dead on. Excellent workmanship on all the skulls I have ordered which is around 15 pieces to date.

Please note that all our orders are shipped with DHL Express Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of around 3-4 business days. However, I just saw that your order was held for 4 days in Cincinnati (a hub for orders arriving in the US).
Unfortunately, we cannot control or influence the length of customs clearance of the packages. Usually, shipping takes up to 3-4 business days, but only if there are no holdups during customs clearance.
