They have not most friendly UI in the world, but the number of platforms supported is the best.

Decent stock management software with tons of features, but unfortunately it is let down by constant store bugs and slow customer support. Please bring back the live chat service your level of support has never been the same since you disabled this support channel.

I'm new to Sku Grid & a Very complicated application for beginners. I need help to fix my settings unfortunately the support very late to reply. I guess will give up soon. hope not :))

I would give a 5-star review to them but I have a woo-commerce website and I have not been able to get a response from customer service in 2 days, the customer service is just painful for paying the price of an "advanced" bundle. I like the idea that they have so many suppliers, I simply love it! (to chose from) but the customer service is just not up to my expectations.

I think that they are having trouble with woo commerce and WordPress updates or something is happening in the system because I just don't get resolved. As WordPress is a free platform that usually changes updates and I don't know why but I feel that they are being left behind the updates.

When I proceeded to submit my ticket to customer service I immediately got a change in skugrid item lists: my personal market place appeared in my skugrid item list what had me thinking that they were working on my problem but after that when I tried to upload items from the tons of suppliers that they have it just wouldn't let me. I tried several times and leaving my computer on but it just didnt worked.

Hope to receive their resolution on this problem because I'm planing in selling on multiple platforms not only in woo-commerce and they can expect a long-lasting customer if they fix the bug.

Been using them for a while with my Amazon store and works well for my purposes

I've been a long time customer of Sku Grid and sometimes they do have problems with support, as stated in other reviews, however I come there not to talk to support, but actually to make money. Recently they started working with Facebook Marketplace automation (I signed up as a beta user) and it made my life so much easier: I added another sales channel to my portfolio and I'm not spending any time on supporting it - everything is done with Sku Grid, same as with all other channels that I use (eBay, Amazon, Walmart & Shopify). Best all in one platform and they promised support for tracking uploads and auto ordering in 2021 - can't wait!

i dont get my notifications anymore and support not respond at all. i think they gave up from the website

The support are absolutely terrible, i am still waiting for a response from 2 weeks ago. Sku Fetch and Wise lister are a total liability and cannot list the correct items causing the whole process to be done manually. SKU Grid cant work properly without those 2 making the whole situation redundant as having listed manually the Grid seems to mess up. Support are non existent. Stay away from these *****.

The software itself is a very well made piece. It supports lots of suppliers and it gives you lots of options.

But unfortunately the website is very sluggish, their lister (Sku Fetch) takes ages to load an url.

Not sure if they have some problems with the servers or something.

I want to use it (and move from DSM) but its literally not usable in this stage. Very frustrating because they have everything I need but it doesn’t work.

I tried to use SmithToys but it also does this with Greenfingers , Zooplus and many others (UK)

It takes minutes to load an URL and some more minutes to list...

I tried with different Internet Providers, it’s quite frustrating because I joined Sku Grid for its potential of supporting these kind of Suppliers and its not usable..

It was a rough ride last few weeks: extension for file exchange kept acting up, slow performance of web-site and delays in price checking. However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again. Thanks ! I used Sku Grid for last year and I will continue using it! John G.

Very bad customer support. Site is sluggish, takes forever to load.
Seems like they are always updating something. No notifications when in maintenance mode. You are lucky if the site works for a week in a row. And no response from developers. They keep promising that they will fix it, canned responses etc. If you can find a better repricer go for it. This one is expensive anyways.
EDIT: even if the repricer is the cheapest one on the market, which it is not, it does not work anyway. It has not been working for the past 9 hours. And two days ago you messed Walmart listings (those that have variations) so most of the Walmart listings have been out of stock for the better part od 2 days in a row. And all of there problems during the prime time in november. Somehow you failed to acknowledge the problem and report @ the facebook group, keeping your customers in the dark. Al least the site runs very fast. Compliments on that! Too bad that repricer IS NOT.

The best eBay and Amazon Dropshipping software out there today! No other program is as robust and customizable as SkuGrid. I run 100% of my eBay Dropshipping Business on SkuGrid and working on implementing it for Amazon Dropshipping as well. They are very responsive and open to suggestions and try their hardest to make their software the best! Highly Recommend!!

It is easy to get started, though get hit with sharp learning curve once you try dig deeper and explore an overwhelming number of features that they have to offer (most of the features are included in the base subscription price, which was a big surprise for me). Love them and would not swithc

I've been using skugrid more than 5 years now. I rarely have any issues and when I do they're being resolved really fast and professionally.

I would suggest skugrid to any dropshipper or ecommerce seller that wants to upgrade his "game" on ecommerce.

Does the job and I like it very much. Quite complicated at first, but one gets used to it very quick. Tried alternatives - none offer stability and features of Sku Grid. A++
