Fast and quick

Hello. I received the package, but it was very warm when it arrived. It contains fish oil, which can be damaged if exposed to high temperatures. I'm concerned that the fish oil and the other ones may no longer be safe or effective. Could you please advise on how we can resolve this?

I bought an office chair and was notified of the delivery day and time. It wasn't delivered on the scheduled day, and I was informed it would arrive the following day instead. The package arrived with a two-hour delay, and it wasn't the chair I had purchased but a small bookcase. I tried to get in touch by phone but couldn't speak to a real person; their communication system directs you to chatbots instead. I spoke with a chatbot, which informed me that exchanging the item for the one I actually bought wasn't possible and that my only option was a refund. However, the refund would cover only the product's price, not the shipping costs I had paid. Unacceptable. Stay away from them.

Skroutz has seriously declined as a company. It has become almost impossible to communicate with anyone or reach a real representative. I waited 1 hour and 31 minutes on the phone line hoping someone would finally answer, but eventually I gave up and hung up.

The only available communication channel is an AI assistant, which does not actually provide solutions. After that, you receive email responses, but I honestly question whether those are handled by real people as well, since they often avoid answering the actual issue and leave customers without any resolution.

The home delivery process is also extremely disappointing. You are given the option to choose the day and time of delivery, but in reality this seems meaningless, as deliveries are not completed as promised — they simply reschedule without actually solving the problem. It feels like customers are being misled.

I used to support Skroutz and choose it for my purchases, but unfortunately I no longer feel confident doing so. From now on, I would rather shop from physical stores where I can actually communicate with someone and receive proper service.

The delivery service was really bad. They said there was a window for delivery from 15-19:00 but although I selected it, the delivery was always scheduled before the requested time. In the end I communicated through email with the Skroutz customer service and I managed to receive the package at 15:00 but it was already two weeks later! From any other point my experience was good.

Took too long from the order date to the delivery. Ordered other items from other platforms and was collected 2 weeks ago. 2 days after the order

Rude delivery people, no courtesy, rude, they contacted me to come and deliver twice and as soon as I said 1st floor they left and sent me messages that they couldn't find me. You can't contact anyone because all their phones are set to show busy.

Fast delivery, good quality of the produt

1st time using them and its great. Very quick delivery. as well very accurate tracking system.

In general ok, however, they have chosen to collaborate with ACS Courier which is very untrustworthy.

Whenever I have bought something from Skroutz involving ACS there were delays or non-delivery (in one case, ACS decided to place my order on one of their lockers simply because they decided to do so).

Too bad for the platform, poor choice of partner.
