Absolutely Terrible
Absolutely terrible service. I gave in two pairs of shoes for replacing the sole and the heels. I called in and took the one pair back - and the lady must have messed up when she wrote a new sheet. Went to pick them up and was surprised only the heel had been changed. I had gone in wanting the soles done and she said that was 89kr for the sole and it was 109kr for the heel and the sole. So I went for both. The lady wasn’t there and the guy put blame on me saying I should know what the prices are and wouldn’t listen to anything I tried explaining to him. As a customer you go in, tell them what you would like doing and then you get a price quote. As such I did not get the service that was agreed upon - all I got was bad attitude and a display of rudeness. He should learn some customer service skills. I would not reccomend this service to anyone unfortunately.
