This company doesn’t even deserve one star!! Super disappointed when I opened the package to see the shoes were shiny and looked plastic. For the price figured I’d wear them to work if nothing else. Put them on the first time and the zipper came off in my hand. Sent them a picture and wanted a refund. I was told I could fix the zipper and they would be fine! Uh no, I could t fix the zipper. They told me it would cost me more to ship them back. I told them the shoes were going in the trash where they belonged and they could still refund me since the product was unwearable. Nope. Don’t buy from China, EVER.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Horribly poor quality. The product I received looks nothing like the pictures on the website and the company claims that a return is not possible.

Poor quality. I was not satisfied but they would not accept return. They said that if I wanted to return, I would have to pay postage to China!!

Horrible cheap product and they wouldn’t allow me to return it bc it was “the right product and superior quality”. It was actually the worst quality and not even worth a dime. Horrible customer service and awful product.

I bought 2 items for about $111 at the beginning of April. In May I told them it was taking too long to arrive. After several email exchanges, they did refund my $ (shock!!!) The items actually arrived and were absolutely terrible. I wanted to return them--afraid they would try and recharge me, and for me to just be respectful. Those email exchanges were terrible. They don't even sort-of speak intelligible English, and they left me with the idea that since they sent the right size, they wouldn't refund my $. They already had, thank God, but I don't think the right hand knew what the left was doing--good for me in my case but it's all very awful. Do not buy from them.
