Ordered an item Monday was informed it was out of stock I can wait or refund I’ve emailed 3 times heard nothing from them terrible communication.

Got to give skirmshop credit here as my experience was great. They were really responsive on any questions I had. I ordered 2 pistols and they delivered really quickly and helped me with two tone painting. I can’t fault my experience compared to other airsoft suppliers I’ve shopped with. Great service. Thanks

I order a lot of airsoft gear, and Skirmishop has been incredibly hit or miss for me—either outstanding service or genuinely poor, with no real middle ground.

My most recent order was for a Stalker MWS hop-up. The product page clearly stated “in stock” and “same day shipping”, which reasonably suggests the item is physically available. Only after ordering did I find out that it was actually a preorder.

While the description mentions a preorder window of 1–7 December, it’s now the 17th, and the item is still listed as in stock with same day shipping. When I raised this issue, I was simply told “it says it’s a preorder,” despite the website directly contradicting itself.

This kind of misleading stock information is disappointing and avoidable. After this experience, I’ll be staying away from Skirmishop—even if that means missing out on Stalker Airsoft parts.

Great airsoft shop with great staff, they have a brilliant selection of parts and gear, also a nice selection of pistols and nice rifle wall, definitely recommended to all airsoft players.
