Service was EXCELLENT! I was in and out super quickly, the front desk staff was super nice, my tech was both hilarious , quick and knowledgeable which is a great combo for a Brazilian treatment. Loved it.

I felt really happy and satisfied with the service provided. I went for a deep massage and after I felt very relieved and relaxed.
Great staff will be coming back soon!

The massage was great but found the store to be dirty, there was construction going on the basement floor where I was getting my massage and a construction worker walked in. Nothing was done by management to help with this situation. The massage was in a literal basement and nothing was done to make the room look nice. I felt like I was in a closet. Not worth the price.

I’ve been a member for a year and absolutely love the professionals I’ve seen at Skin Spa! I’ve gotten facials, massages, and laser and have learned so much about these services from the professionals I regularly see, who do their best to cater the service to my needs and recommend the best regiments to maintain the effects of their work.

I love going to the Skin Spa in Back Bay. My aesthetician, Kim, is very knowledge about working with skin of color. The staff are very friendly as well.

Love this place! I barely write reviews but I love the atmosphere and staff. The place is clean and follows Convid rules. The staff are professional, nice and respectful. They are not pushing for sales neither which turn me off from other spas. The estheticians are well trained, use top line creams and use safety measures!

Everything was perfect! I used one of the deals for the holidays and came in on Christmas Eve morning. From the first phone call to checking in to when I left the woman a the front desk was so kind and helpful.

The experience was amazing. I had my first deep tissue massage by a male masseur named Angelo and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He did a thorough job getting all my trouble areas. I definitely recommend this Spa and Angelo
