I’m very disappointed with the two products purchased. Firstly, facewash leaves an unpleasant residue on the skin. Secondly, Retinoid product a total ripoff. Made contact to say the product wasn’t as expected within a week or receiving the item. Was ‘advised’, to use the product for six weeks to see the impact. Six weeks on, no change - and their response when I provided this feedback … must return within two weeks!
Absolutely appalling customer service, I feel like I’ve been mugged.

I purchased this product January 26, used for 8 weeks consistently and absolutely no difference. I have one dark spot/sun spot on my cheek which Caroline suggests after 12 weeks it will be reduced. After 8 weeks of using as the instructions say, 2 pumps, the product has ran out and not even a slight reduction. I sent my review to skin rocks as they invited me to, gave my honest findings as above with a 2 star rating and what a surprise, they don’t post all reviews. Tells you a lot about the company. I’ll never purchase again, I don’t mind paying good money for something that works but this product does not do what it suggests but they’ll happily charge you over the odds. Ok, so following the response from the company I did go back and check, all reviews are there but they automatically filter so you see all 5 star reviews, if you want to see any other star rating you have to physically filter yourself. Cheeky but I get it from a business/sales perspective. As for someone reaching out to me, not heard anything and I’ll not hold my breath, still disappointed in this product and company.

I've used the cleansers, moisturisers, eye cream, retinol, acids, amplifier and anti oxidant serum. I've decided to stop all of them because after a while they cause a reaction in my skin. I first noticed it using the eye cream - funny enough the retinol was ok but the acids, amplifier, moisturiser & anti oxidant serum all cause me problems after a few uses. I get small red blotches around my eyes and a big patches of raised red reaction on my skin. I am pretty tolerant of most skin products - I don't know what's in these that causes a problem but it's happened enough times for me to stop using them.

On my third order Royal Mail delivered me an empty box. Panic set in as I'd ordered a lot. Customer services could not have been more efficient or quick. She completely understood my worries and had a new order on its way to me, next day, by DPD. I had it in my hands less than 24 hours later. Also the products themselves are something else, my skin has never looked so good.

I bought the Skin Rocks Eye Cream. The packaging is huge, but it ran out after only a month of use. When I locked inside, it did not even have a straw do the product, that is how small the container is - it has a false bottom. So the packaging is misleading.

Customer service isn’t great. When somebody actually replies back to you they are actually lovely and apologetic, but it takes weeks of countless emails that just seem ignored, luckily I paid via PayPal and they finally got my refund back for me.
I’m sure the products are great if they suit you, I unfortunately had an allergic reaction to the eye serum, despite patch testing.
Customer service is terrible! Received a product that won’t pump out (hyperpigmentation serum) and have attached multiple photos to an email only to be told the same thing each time which is “try this troubleshooting”. Won’t be purchasing from them again. All I wanted was a replacement product.
Update: they replied below, but took many emails and some videos to show the pump wasn’t working for them to eventually send a replacement. I wouldn’t even bother for the amount of product you are getting. Spend your money wisely, not on this brand

Unable to tell whether the hyperpigmentation product has been effective yet, it has only been 6 weeks. However, my issue is that it needs replacing already.
I strongly feel 6 weeks is a very short time for such an expensive product.
I could understand if it was used twice a day, but my usage was 2 pumps daily, starting 16/7/25.
Could it have been underfilled?
Customer services have only replied to one email, providing no effective answers.

The hyperpigmentation serum gave me rashes across my face and when I reached out to skinrocks asking them to advice me on how to proceed, all they did was send a form to fill and no response to multiple mails after. All I wanted to know was if this was normal, do i stop the product / toss it. This is by far the worst customer care experience ive had.
Super slow delivery. Ordered something at the weekend and it still hasn't arrived. The AI generated customer support tells me it can be anything up to 7 business days. I expected better.

I have been using The Cream Cleanser along with Retinoid 2 and The Eye Cream - I get so many compliments on how good my skin looks and I even get away with feeling confident on zoom calls without makeup! My skin tone is more even and I've even noticed around my eyes are feeling more smooth - Skin Rocks is single handedly turning back the time on my skin!
All talk no action - poor customer service
Unfortunately I was a big fan of the majority of the content and the brand however I have just encountered one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had, for any product ever. I bought Kit 33 and one of the products was defective. It has taken weeks to get anywhere (nowhere) with customer support who have asked me to resubmit details to the manufacturer with whom I have not contracted. If they wished to provide any sort of customer service they could absolutely have made me whole and done the running around to fix their issues with the manufacturer’s in the background. Absolutely no effort has been made, so now I am down money, without product that I paid for and having to waste my valuable time with little hope of any positive outcome.
Dreadful service! Ordered products - never arrived! Emailed CS who advised to confirm my address. One month later still no products. Will never buy anything from this brand - waiting for refund!

I am a huge fan of this skin care range; the products are such good quality as well as coming beautifully packaged. I did have an issue with a previous order where the courier unfortunately did not deliver the item to my address. Skin Rocks customer service were amazing at assisting me with retrieving my order, and continuously in communication with me until a replacement order was sent out to me.
