This is an update on previous review wher I said “ buyer beware” I was a tad hasty as there seemed to be a miscommunication between myself & Skinpep . Al issues have now been resolved & a full refund was given .

Super fast delivery and good sized products which last ages. Always great to receive samples and this time really handy for me to take away on my travels so really pleased.

I previously reviewed this company as I loved their collagen powder- but I’m now revising my review having received free skincare samples I thought they were fabulous at first as my face felt a tingling sensation- turns out I was allergic to skin product & my face broke out in little bumps & felt very uncomfortable. I contacted customer service who seemed friendly & asked me to return products in the post & they provided a free postage label & they would issue a full refund - it’s now been a month & no refund . I’ve sent multiple emails but we’ve now reached a “ no reply no refund” situation. I can only say I’m very disappointed. Lastly when i ordered I thought I was getting bottles but instead it was a large amount of samples which I assume add up to the amount in a bottle - is that not false advertising? Buyer beware

Love their hydrolysed collagen, I buy both the bovine and marine versions and mix the 2 - they completely dissolve with no problems and taste great, there is no nasty aftertaste. I ordered on Sat 19th and order arrived Thurs 24th, Easter weekend was in between so I think the order arrived quite quickly considering. Included was a decent amount of complimentary samples. Will continue buying their collagen and considering trying out their skincare too!

I like the quality of their products, and efficient prompt service. They also have good offers, with samples that are nice to try. My skin is problematic, but l have never had a negative reaction to anything they have sent.

Love this company! Premium, quality skincare at very affordable prices. I've tried eye creams, serums and retinol and they are all fantastic.

They always include samples too (sachets are ideal for travelling).

At the moment my favourite products are the marine collagen and skin rollers, signed up to a subscription for the collagen and they included a free bag of bovine collagen with my last order - looking forward to giving that a try too 😊

Customer service is great, i had an issue with a roller arriving broken and it was replaced easily after sending a quick photo. Would highly recommend this company.
