I ordered a couple of items and unfortunately 1 had a small defect (print on jumper had peeled slightly in middle of image) and i was offered a partial refund or free exchange on the item. The service i received from Amauche was 5 star. I got a reply from my initial email within 1 day and exchange was processed the very next day after i sent proof of postage of my return item. I could not be more happy with the service i received and will 100% be buying from Skinnydip in the future. Very satisfied customer. Both items i ordered seemed of very high quality and the defect was just unfortunate.

I had to make a return and Amauche was really helpful with all the information I needed to do this. I will definitely be using this company again that's why I give it a 5 star rating!

Had a frustrating experience with returning an item (they had my return for over 20 days & i didn’t receive my refund), but after reaching out, Lottie was very helpful & resolved the issue straight away in processing my refund & apologising. I have never had a problem with Skinnydip. I’ve been ordering phone cases for years from them and they’re great quality and cannot fault them. Recently I ordered a phone case, the one that arrived was not correct but as soon as I sent an email to let them know, Alicia sorted it within minutes. Alicia was lovely and helpful and I now have the correct case on the way and will continue to buy from skinny dip in the future.

Unfortunately one of my fave body butters- vanilla one (yum!) had been damaged in transit and burst everywhere.
I contacted skinnydip and within 20 mins Amauche replied and had a new replacement product despatched very quickly.

I ordered a phone strap. The first had a bead missing, the second came undone and dropped beads everywhere. Cute designs and very functional, but the quality isn't worth the price.

Originally, I received the wrong item for my order (order number 2478170), which wasn't the best experience or service I expected. However, I contacted customer service and was instantly contacted by Amauche, who is a part of the team and they were amazing. Within the space of an hour, they helped me and instantly sent out the correct item for me.

Poppie was so helpful. I am very impressed with Skinny Dip’s customer service; I was waiting for a refund of a product I returned and their representative, Poppie, was quick to reply to my emails and followed along ensuring that I would get my refund which did come through the following day!
