The perfect with original product.

Delivery is fairly fast and products are good quality and good price but they never have anything in stock. And they dont update there website when products are out of stock for months. They just message you to say they dont have it every time. Quite frustrating

Great, efficient service. When the wrong product was sent, it was rectified immediately.

The company gave me wonderful communication, and expedited shipping… the issue is MY country, the United States. I still have not even received my product because of tariff coding, FDA clearance etc. so it has been almost a month now and was told it could take up to 90 days. So… US buyers be aware. I have never had issues like this with products used at my company, ordering equipment from Europe, etc. I am hoping to get my serums soon.

I paid for 48hr signed delivery and my order was not sent out until 1 week later. I emailed twice and messaged on Instagram for an update but did not receive any response at all. Requested a refund for the postage that I paid extra for but have not received. Absolutely ridiculous service!

My order was cancelled and refunded 4 days after I placed it with no explanation, the item I ordered was still showing as in stock on their website. No response from customer service via email. At least my money was refunded swiftly and thankfully the item I ordered was not urgent so I was able to order from elsewhere. Beware if you need stock quickly.

Ignored all emails WhatsApp messages asking where my order was and when would I receive it as it was urgent would never use again

I have been waiting all week for my package which I was told was distributed. Royal Mail tracking has not changed and I have sent multiple emails to this company and not had a single response. I did not order for fun I ordered because I am urgently in need of the product. There is no option for a refund no number to call, only an email address. I have been ignored all week and it is not acceptable.

I used on my face didn't suit me my face had itchy and much dryness due to used this product.

MISOLD POSTAGE
Paid extra for Tracked24 delivery and they sent it 1st class signed for.
Needed this quickly and it’s now missed the date.
Rather annoyed as 1st class signed for wasn’t what I paid for.
Have emailed to try and get a refund on the postage, but haven’t yet had a reply.
