Product was very average nothing exciting. Do NOT buy from them as they will spam the life out of you via text and email from various different numbers so if you block them they’ll bother you from a different number several times per day.

I placed my first order with Skin Labo a few weeks ago. When the products arrived, I quickly cleansed my face and neck and applied a small amount of the ExtraLifting Active Gel Cream. When the product had dried, I was very pleased with the way my skin felt…I then applied a very small amount of the Intensive Eye Lift for Bags and dark circles and allowed this to set and finally applied the Eyelid Lifting Serum…after allowing about 5 minutes to dry and work its magic, I must say I am hesitantly excited…very excited. My bags and circles complete disappeared and my face and eyelids felt uplifted and smooth. I just ordered 3 more products and can’t wait to try these….the prices are exceptional and I received my first order in about a week. I would recommend to my friends..

I love this company....products that work for me without the extortionate price tag.
I have used the anti cellulite booster cream for a week now and can see a huge difference in the skin on my legs. I never had cellulite before I turned 50 so was horrified when the weather warmed up and I put my shorts on! This cream has saved my summer 10/10

I bought skinlabo for my girlfriend as a present. She was very happy with a product called niacinamide shot because she has some acne.

Very happy with their products. Good quality and reasonably priced. The shipping takes time but it comes from italy

So I order my free product plus bout 2 additional products and go my email saying it was shipped then today got email saying it was delivered by fed ex called up fedex first was told it was sent to my leasing office then called back after talking to the leasing office it wasn’t there and then they tell me it never made it to America from Italy so I’m out of product and money I got scammed this company sucks they won’t return my email either

Never received any products. They just keep telling me its on its way... And in every email they write different names, "Dear Kellie" or "Dear Deanna". Obviously a scam.

This stuff is dangerous I have used these products on my neck and face and come up in a horrible itchy bumpy rash

I have just received my Eye Contour Cream, Intensive Eye Lift For Bags and Dark circles and Eyelid Lifting Serum! I have lost hope in Eye Creams - I’ve tired dozens and nothing seems to work!
But when I tried SkinLabo’s eye products I was in disbelief! It work great! My eye bags, diminished or flattened! I can’t believe this is working for me! Now I have to try your other products!
Thank you so much Skin Labo! I would highly recommend if you have problems with ‘puffy bags’! I am over the moon and a FAN for life! A+++++

horrid. bought the deal with vitamin C serum, no indication how much vitamin C ( ascorbic acid) there is inside 1%-20% it's importante to know in order not to over peel your face!!!It doesn't smell like vitamin C at all, so I assume its real low on it. anyways the Customer service replied that THEY DON"T KNOW!!!only the pharmacist who made it knows!!!what??? are you people insane?

Terribile!!! non sanno dire quanta vitamina C dentro shot di vitamina c)))) non mi sapevano rispondere. ad annusare c'e ne pocissimo, quindi sa di basissima qualita sia shot che customer service. o altro che preso era contro gli occhi gel, sa di nulla. sembra acido iauronico che si puo comprare un litro a 5 euri e basta. pessimo.

I have just read on trustpilot that many customers experienced the same issue that I had: I have easily ordered 3 products that I have never received as the order was never prepared and shipped by SkinLabo.
Now I have called the shipping company hired by SkinLabo and they confirmed they never received my order.
I'm trying to contact the UK mobile number of SkinLabo (07783634511) as well as the Italian landline (+390110243199): the first contact is switched off while the Italian landline put me on hold for 37 seconds and then the call MYSTERIOUSLY drops.
After trying to call 10 times someone finally answered. The call dropped again. I tried again and finally gave my mobile number to be called back. A very polite lady told me that there's an issue with their delivery company. I told that there's no issue with Yodel as they simply did not receive any parcel from SkinLabo.
Now apparently I will receive my parcel next week... fingers crossed.

Purchased the eyelid lifting serum, does not seem to do anything. Even tried it on hubbie but no noticeable difference could be seen. Save your money ladies, am sure there's better out there!

I recently purchased two items from Skin Labo, the Hyaluronic eye cream and the bb cream. When I received my order I only tried the eye cream and immediately I felt pain and burn around my eye area. I immediately washed away the product and sent a message to the company. They said that I had to complete a form explaining what has happened and after their cosmetic doctor reviewing the case they would decide what they would do. The incident happened on Friday 12/3/2021. They didn't sent the form until I reached out again today 15/03/2021. The customer service called me and I kindly aksed them to return the products, as I was sure that the ingredients they are using are not that innocent and natural. They said, no you cannot return the products and if you want to return them you will pay the shipment cost. I said that they caused an allergy on my skin and they had to take this as a medical issue and accept the products back. They refused and they said that this is not the company policy and in general they were very rude. They insisted to complete the form (that they still haven't sent) explaining the event and after reviewing the incident they would reply. Then they sent me the form, I completely it and sent it back to them. And after one minute they received it, they sent me a message saying that they cannot dp anything but send me a new product. I replied that I didn't want another product from this company that has allergy effects on my skin. They said that they had informed their cosmetic doctor but they cannot do anything. So I asked them, how is it possible in just one minute, their cosmetic doctor, to review the form with the incident and take the decision that they cannot do anything but only send me a new product? And then the customer service, replied that their cosmetic doctor hasn't reviewed yet the form. So as you may understand, they took irresponsibly the decision that nothing can be done with my case, without the conclusion from their doctors (if there is any exist in this company). I am sharing this experience to prevent you from purchasing any product from this company, that may also cause you an allergy and then you cannot take your money back. They are irresponsible and for sure unprofessional.

I'm sorry but please don't trust some reviews!

I purchased the Argirelox product from Skin Labo with a very sceptical mindset on anti aging serums.

I have purchased an extra bottle. I couldn't believe the difference within a short space of time.

If a company offers a trial version with minimal costs then they are very confident in their product. I was sceptical about all the anti aging products that's available these days.

I honestly can't criticize this company. Their products have made a HUGE difference in a small space of time.

As i says i have purchased a new bottle as the first trial bottle was such a huge difference.

Brilliant company.

Recieved my free eyelift serum,I am delighted with the product I noticed the difference straight away, delivery was pretty quick too. I will be ordering more in the future. Thankyou very much Skinlabo. 😊

It’s not a serum at all but sticky water which just runs off your finger before you’ve had chance to apply to eye area!! Absolute rip off .
