I love this product. My skin is so velvety and I love it. Thank you for a fantastic product.

I have been a customer for several years! I am pleased with how the collagen intensive and eyelicity works. However, I noticed on a previous order that the consistency and coloring of the eyelicity was different. I asked my rep about it thinking I might have ordered the wrong product. She assured me it was the same. So I ordered another 6 mos supply. After I used the two months and ready for the next, the pump would not work. So I tried another, and it didn’t work either. I contacted customer support to do an exchange. They required pictures of the bottles along with a description of the issue. At this time I notice the expiration dates were soon approaching and I would still have several bottles left past the expiration date. I brought this to their attention as well. I requested they send me new bottles with expiration dates ending in 2025. They said they typically would not honor any exchanges after 60 days but they were only accommodating my exchange request because I’ve been a loyal customer. They sent new bottles but they had the same expiration date as before. I contacted them back to let them know I was disappointed that they did not ensure I got product with very active ingredients for the time period to be used. And I requested that a supervisor contact me to discuss. I never heard from anyone to include my rep who normally checked on me quarterly. This left a bad impression and I have considered looking for a new product line by a different company.

I love this face cream. No comments about the company as this is the first they have contacted me.

My toner was unsealed and had been used. There was a brown stain near the top of the bottle, and there was no seal on the outside or inside of the bottle cap.

Great products, shipment on time and accurate. The instant wrinkle reducer really works!
