Amazing Service
Can I just say what an amazing company this is. This is only my second time ordering, and going forward will never shop anywhere else for my Guinot products.

I would just like to thank Mary for the great service with my online delivery. All delivered to the highest standards and Mary communicated with me throughout the process keeping me updated. I never got the parcel:-(
I never got the parcel:-(. The Spa claims it was delivered but I never received it. No offer of refund or replacement. Money lost:-(. So keep away! Definitely not a trustworthy seller. Huge disappointment with customer service:(
