I canceled this order right after it…
I canceled this order right after it was placed as it was an accident. They state on the website they will process cancelations if done so within the time frame. No communication until the next day and at that point course they wouldn't. I won't be back. The customer service is terrible. Now I have to pay a restocking fee, waste time shipping the package back and wait on a almost $500 refund.

Failure to Expedite Delivery
I submitted an order to the company on Wednesday. I needed the product by the weekend. They offered a very good price for the product such that I could order it from them and pay for expedited delivery and still save money. The product was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I have now learned they did not even create the shipping label until Friday. I see an estimated delivery of Tuesday. I would not have ordered and paid for expedited delivery this product from this company if I knew it would not arrive on Tuesday six days after I rdered it.

Worthless Company!!
The website is not user friendly and this is coming from a IT person. I returned something they shipped wrong and they wanted to charge me for the stocking fee which was very high so I took a store credit. They received the product on 6/19/26 and as of 7/17/26 they still have not issued me a credit. But I also could not find anywhere on the site where the credit would show even if they did issue one. No one answers the 800 number, I would stay far away from this scam of a company!!!!!
