I've been using this marketplace for a little over 4 months, over this time have over 100 trades and the service is always great. If anything ever goes wrong the support is always more than happy to help and usually gets it sorted within 12 hours even if I reach out late at night

I was helped by Eduard Toma and he was awesome! Replied in a reasonable amount of time, communicated with the seller, kept me updated, super helpful and got me taken care of and back to my day.

I had been looking for a skin for a really long time, and everywhere else it was super expensive, on Skinbid I was able to make a bid on one of their skins and the seller accepted, after I made the payment the skin was already on my account.

To those asking the million dollar question of what happens if you purchase an item from someone and they never send it, i went through it and have an answer.

I purchased a knife from a player to player trade. paid for it, and the seller had 24 hours to send the trade. I never got the trade. I had screenshotted all the proof of the transaction from both the website and my bank account and instantly contacted SkinBid support through their discord.

In less than 24 Hours after the seller didn't send me the knife I received a full refund back to my payment method.

Thank so much to everyone at SkinBid for the help. Will definitely be using from here on out for all my skins.
