lucian was very helpful and fast to answer my email within 10 minutes or so, also explained that australians cant withdraw on their own so if anyone is in australia and want to withdraw email the support and theyll get you straight.

Have bought a few skins on Skinbid now and never had a single problem with trades or receiving skins. I also had to reach out to support once for something that honestly was completely my fault and could have been prevented had I read some disclaimers better, but that didn't make any fuss about it and resolved my issue immediately. Very nice experiences!

I waited 48 hours for a ‘instant’ skin withdrawal from the bot, I ended up calling my bank and complaining. 48 hours = instant withdrawal. On top of that, they don't respond to inquiries by mail, it takes two days for them to respond. Beware.

Paid for the skin, they had withdrawal issues, 15 minutes later I was banned, money was charged, skin removed from inventory on the site. What's going on? SCAMMERS!!! REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!
Edit: take a close look at the kind of statements this company allows itself to make towards its customers. Most of the green reviews here are just a common scam with the help of a big streamer in the person of their partner - ohnepixel. I do not recommend to use this site.

Edit2: I created a ticket, emailed them, I didn't get a response on the situation, by the way.

Support is great, i accidentally checked that i got the skin but i havent and the seller had problems! Nescu helped me fast and got my money back even though it was my mistake! Thanks a lot
