Hello! This is not an error. If you want to be rewarded for tasks, you have to play online for the advertiser to track your progress. If you play offline, your progress won't be tracked and you won't be rewarded for most tasks
70,024 Coins Stolen! Complete Bait-and-Switch Fraud Due to Backend Mismatch Bug! (Ticket #217120)
I am filing a formal public complaint against the systemic dishonesty and technical failure of SkinApe / PrimeOffers support (Ticket #217120). I completed the "Doomsday: Last Survivors" milestone for 70,024 coins, only for agents Opalyn and Maeve to close my ticket with a generic "tracking failed" canned response.
The tracking failure is 100% THEIR OWN PLATFORM'S CONFIGURATION BUG. On their direct reward wall "PrimeOffers", their developers mislabeled the campaign title as "Doomsday: The Seven Deadly Sins" but utilized the official app icon for "Doomsday: Last Survivors". Because their database failed to sync the game title correctly following its crossover event, the tracking link broke on their side.
I did everything right. I am a 100% new user, no VPN, and ad tracking fully enabled. I provided 5 unedited, chronological screenshots proving my completion (Sunday, Sept 6th, 11:00-12:00 UTC) with my verified Commander ID (2165160179) and username (play_7182).
Instead of escalating this blatant naming glitch to their engineering team to check the database logs for my Commander ID, these agents chose to copy-paste robot templates to deny my payout. Since PrimeOffers is directly owned by this company, your administration has full authority to perform a manual credit.
If Efez Games management does not reopen Ticket #217120 and manually credit my 70,024 coins immediately, I will submit these technical proof screenshots directly to Google Play Trust & Safety for fraudulent marketing practices. Fix your database bug and pay your users!
