Shana was so welcoming and so friendly and knowledgeable. I had booked in for a treatment but when I explained what I was looking for Shana was able to guide me through the other treatments she thought may be more beneficial. I would highly recommend The clinic it was lovely and Shana is so knowledge professional and friendly !

Shana was excellent and extremely gentle and kind to me. She explain all of the procedure very clearly. I had lip fillers and I love my lips ! Very minimal bruising and swelling. Very happy with the results. I will be back soon for a top up ❣️

I attended The Skin and Wellbeing Clinic for lip filler and it’s the best decision I ever made! The clinic is absolutely stunning, and Shana was so professional throughout. She was thorough about the entire process and couldn’t have been more reassuring about the procedure! She provided me with information around the product she would be using, and how the procedure would be done, and it really shows how passionate she is about her job! She let me see the result at every single stage, asking me if I was happy with the look we’d achieved so far, and from beginning to end, I felt at total ease and safe. It’s been less than a week since my appointment and the healing process is practically complete! Next to no bruising and the swelling is completely gone. Following the appointment I had no pain, and made sure to follow the very clear instructions that Shana gave me for aftercare!
She kept me in the clinic once my procedure was complete, to make sure everything was exactly as it should be, and to ensure she had no concerns before I left. I felt completely reassured by this, as I knew I would only be leaving if she was happy with everything!
She is such a welcoming, lovely person. And she really is an incredible aesthetics practitioner who is amazing at her job! I was nervous prior to my appointment, as I’d never had this procedure before, but I definitely chose the best person to go to!
This has been such a huge boost to my confidence and I can’t wait to return for more treatments! I really can’t recommend this place, or Shana, enough! X

The Clinic goes beyond the usual customer service.
If I could give this clinic more than 5 stars I would. Shana is absolutely wonderful. Professional, extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. The clinic is exceptionally clean and private for treatments. I can not recommend the clinic enough. You will not be disappointed with the services provided.

Excellent professional service in a lovely setting. It's a convenient location, spotless clean clinic and a warm welcome. I was very nervous but Shana is a wonderful clinician and her expertise are fantastic. I'm really pleased with the results. I'll be back!
