I followed on socials for a while before taking the plunge and was still surprised how professional and personal the process was, the superintendent pharmacist Zuhra is incredibly helpful and personable which makes this a pleasure from start to finish. Only use for GLP-1 but I would use for anything. A real gem

Amazing experience from the start
Amazing experience from the start, with a few previous health issues I have had I was completely reassured by Zuhra and a thorough consultation was done.
Any other issues or questions I have had they’ve always been promptly answered and always been really helpful!

I have tried other company’s for my MJ and I thought they was okay, HOWEVER I came across skin and shape and I did my consultation, I have not looked back from that moment. You get a personal advice., you get replies straight away, you don’t get hassled. I will never go with anyone else. And I have had nothing but a positive experience. Monjaro results
I am on Monjaro and from start in October till now the results are showing amazingly.

Amazing care and service... Genuinely 1000% recommend.
Great communication and service from the outset (Zuhra) with clearly explained information covering all the necessary things/requirements including pre-treatment requirements, during tratement and post treatment information /guidelines.
This company demonstrates great patient care and their commitment re adhering to safety guidelines/ensuring the timely reviews and symptom checks.
I appreciate they hold a professional stance and do not compromise on patient safety.
I also appreciate there is no pressure/consistent calls etc and patients do not feel they have to continue buying from them-basically demonstrating they are not all about the money/business.
Overall, I would highly reccomend Skin and Shape in your journey with complete faith and confidence.
Providing the knowledge and service as it should be putting the care and safety at the forefront of what they do.
And I love that they also offer advice etc via the Q&As on Tiktok which is a bonus.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Email and telephone responses are incredibly fast, and Zuhra has been lovely to deal with - friendly, patient and happy to answer even the smallest questions.
