Awful

Wanted to improve my skin, I reached out to skin and me hoping they could help.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about them. None of the staff appeared to listen, considering I had to explain the same issue (not liking azelaic acid) over and over again. I submitted roughly six consultations during the course of a month, only to be told I was unable to be treated after the sixth one. Absolutely NO explanation as to why they refused me, only this: "At the moment, we're unable to treat your skin. We understand that this might be frustrating to hear, but we hope that as we grow, we'll be able to help you achieve your skin goals in the future."

Skin and me said the prescriber emailed me a question after they rejected my prescription, although this is another lie as I cannot see any emails in my inbox.

They kept taking money after cancelling…

They kept taking money after cancelling and wouldn't stop I had to contact my bank in the end. I only tried it as a trial did more damage to my skin than good and they won't stop taking money and sending me cream I don't want.

I had a great customer experience with…

I had a great customer experience with Caysie today. I think we all know that businesses are trying to get away with all sorts these days but I had an issue with my bill and it was sorted within 24 hours of sending my first email. No condescending or snarky attitude, no given the run around or made to feel like I was asking too much. Just exactly how I feel customer support should be. Really good job 👌🏽

It was so quick and easy a 3 minute online consultation tailored to my skin. Soooooo cheap, lots of free products. Very fair and very reasonable. My first time trying out this brand but I’ve heard amazing things!

More confidence and feeling seen

Felt very cared for and that it wasnt just another generic cream.
Full of information and genuinely has cleared my skin issue that was giving me such low confidence. Mine was Rosacea, but I genuinely feel like they could battle everything.

Skin Burning

Fast delivery.

Gave me lots of tiny little spots I didn't have before and completely dried out my under eye to the point where it feels like it's burning. I have used the cleanser, light moisturiser, skin and me serum, spf and the acid thing in the purple box.

I am so impressed with Skin & Me

I am so impressed with Skin & Me, after seeing it via social media and listening to real life success stories I just had to give the product a go. I’ve now been using for over 3 months and can really notice the changes in my skin. I’ve had so many compliments on how clear my complexion is. It’s affordable, reliable, personal and does what it says on the tin!

Product is great. But

Product is great.

Customer service is terrible. Customer service is with AI, but ai performs better than the actual person.

You have to verify who you are everytime you email with the same email you registered with.

So for 1 question - you will need to email minimum 4 times. (First to get past ai, then a verification process, then to agent.)

Everyone's email is unique, so verifying once should be enough. In fact millions of companies dont even verify as they know email is unique. As a techy I know they have a crap system in place.

Easy with improvements

The consultation is relatively easy but there should be a free text box to explain in more detail your goals and your skin. It’s also annoying that you pay and then get asked for photos because you’re not prepared to provide them before that. It was 10pm and I couldn’t be bothered to find a white wall and take some good photos

Don’t panic 😱

There are a lot of question which can be a little daunting. But I guess the right amount of you want to ensure you get the best results from the product. I do suffer from severe anxiety so may just be me. Although I found it a little scary (maybe not the right word). I do understand they need to know as much detail as possible about what you need and any history so they can build the best plan & treatment. So don’t see it as a bad thing! Just feel anyone else like myself should be aware and prepared for it. Hope this helps.
