Very poor experience trying to amend an…

Very poor experience trying to amend an order and getting help with log in, and the personal email from someone didn’t answer any of the questions I had about stopping the order. Don’t sign up you will find it hard to cancel.

Fast service between examine photos of my skin and providing advice on the proper treatment to help improve it. Explanation of the products used within and helpful to find a payment that suits your budget. Highly recommend and glad I came across this

Amazing!

My skin feels so great and soft

My skin feels so great and soft. Like I’ve never experienced. I’ve not noticed a change in my wrinkles yet but I need to get into a proper routine and I’m sure it will with time. Emails are always responded to quickly.

Spent ages giving details, picking offered and products and giving details to be told they can’t help me. I have no skin conditions other than the occasional spot and black head. No reason given, just a no sorry.

Really good company

Really good company. They take time and effort into understanding your skin and what it will benefit most from, My skin cleared up greatly just after two months. My one issue is the renewal system as you are unable to change the dates if it has already been processed meaning I’m sometimes left with 2 serums that I need to finish before the next one arrives.

Promotes tretinoin but its impossible…

Promotes tretinoin but its impossible to get that ingredient in your mix despite the answers you give.
They act like your getting a consultation but in reality they have a few blends for either, dry, oily or sensitive skin.
All without tretinoin.
They act like they can prescribe it through an online consultation but they dont

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I have cancelled this subscription twice and still they have taken money out of my account AGAIN this month.
I do NOT like the product. The night cream pills on my skin leaving a dry, crusty, flaky residue. It’s absolutely horrible.
The moisturiser is really expensive too - it is way less economical than some of the top end products as it only lasts 30 days.
Basically it’s a poor product and so far I have spent £100 on something I don’t like and I cannot seem to cancel the prescription.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Dreadful service and awful product.

Awful

Wanted to improve my skin, I reached out to skin and me hoping they could help.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about them. None of the staff appeared to listen, considering I had to explain the same issue (not liking azelaic acid) over and over again. I submitted roughly six consultations during the course of a month, only to be told I was unable to be treated after the sixth one. Absolutely NO explanation as to why they refused me, only this: "At the moment, we're unable to treat your skin. We understand that this might be frustrating to hear, but we hope that as we grow, we'll be able to help you achieve your skin goals in the future."

Skin and me said the prescriber emailed me a question after they rejected my prescription, although this is another lie as I cannot see any emails in my inbox.

They kept taking money after cancelling…

They kept taking money after cancelling and wouldn't stop I had to contact my bank in the end. I only tried it as a trial did more damage to my skin than good and they won't stop taking money and sending me cream I don't want.
