Outstanding customer service
haven’t even used the product yet, but I just had to share how amazing the customer service was. I was struggling with registration and noticed a note saying to call for assistance. It was already past working hours, but I decided to give it a try anyway,and to my surprise, Halgs picked up!
She was so respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful, guiding me through everything step by step. I was so impressed by the level of care and professionalism. The product may cost £203, but the service I received was absolutely priceless.
It’s rare to come across such sincere support these days thank you, Halgs, for turning what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a really pleasant one

The best skin care company I’ve ordered from. It’s so hard to find Obagi Skin-Care in the UK but they stock everything and super fast delivery which is amazing.
