My niece won’t wear anything but your product of line and was super excited when she went to the store in Chicago and got to try on all of the items there in person. I continue to be impressed with the above and beyond customer service that you offer, which makes shopping online so much more pleasant. 700 USD missing from refun processed over nearly 3 months...
This concerns an order placed in November, received on 15.12.2025. I requested a return on 20.12.2025, but the return portal was not functioning properly. It took SKIMS over a month to generate a usable return label - customer service responses were slow and inconsistent throughout.
As soon as the label was finally issued in mid-January (15.01.2026), I returned the items (19.01.2026). The parcel was delivered to their warehouse (22.01.2026)
SKIMS processed only a partial refund.
I was then informed that one item was allegedly “missing” from the return. However, they have refused to provide any evidence to support this claim - no warehouse intake report, no recorded weight of the parcel upon arrival, and no video documentation of the package being opened.
Nearly $700 USD remains unpaid!!!
They are withholding a significant amount of money while declining to provide proof for their allegation.
The products themselves were fine. The return handling and lack of transparency were not.

Horrible quality
Everything I have ever ordered/been gifted from Skims over the past 5 years is HORRIBLE quality. I have had t-shirts, long sleeves, and boxers that within a month have holes in the armpits and the cuffs. I have 3 different pairs of boxers that the little sewn on tag completely just fell off. I cannot believe how low quality the materials are for how expensive it is.

Skims return policy is set up to force people to spend more money. they don’t do exchanges however i ordered 2 Cheeky briefs size large color sienna- the boxes were labeled correctly however both contained thongs size xx small in clay.
they refunded me for the items right away however, when you buy three pairs of underwear, cost is $39- otherwise they’re $20 each! So although they refunded me for two pair if I want to purchase what I originally ordered I’m gonna have to pay full price or buy an additional pair to enjoy $39. by the way, they told me I could keep or donate the incorrect items- laughable! but what am I gonna do with a size extra extra small when I wear a large in the wrong cut and the wrong color? These obviously are the underwear that don’t sell,… I get it you have shareholders and have to make your operating profit, but come on Kim stop ripping your customers off! This policy is NEFARIOUS!

Since delivery from Europe, standard delivery is fast and smooth. Please update your return policy regarding to European law. Items bought on sale can be returned.

Woeful Customer Service
Absolute woeful customer service. Ordered an item 3 weeks ago which subsequently got lost in the post. Following multiple attempts to reach out and get a response.
Their responses are vague, and untimely. When sending out an email, the automated response indicates a 1-2 business day response which never occurs on time.
I am still at this point awaiting a response from Skims for the correct response of issuing a refund for the lost product.
Skims products are good. Bought as a gift which was enjoyed by my girlfriend
