I had good understanding of what was been thought and the practical aspect was great as well

I had a great experience learning from Skilltik. The tutor really did well passing on the knowledge. He made it easy to understand, taught the classes step by step and everything was direct. He also checked to see if we understood what we have learnt. He was also encouraging as well.

The training was so elaborate , the equipment are all available for use and practice .The hoist part was interesting and how to use the wheel chair and to fold it was amazing. More knowledge about medication also.

I liked the manual handling of equipments the most, very instructive and practical.

The training was insightful and I learnt a lot about equipment handling. The facilitator was patient and taught well. It was a good session. I liked the first aid and manual handling section.

It’s good time there, The training module and practical session are projected effectively. Overall good experience and the trainer had good communication skills and method teaching.

The training was well constructed and highly detailed. It’s trainee friendly and designed to help even the least experienced people learn. I especially enjoyed the Basic Life support aspect of the training. I definitely recommend

I really enjoyed every part of the training,specially first aid training,using of the equipment and the new experience i had from the trainer.

I enjoyed my experience I encountered today as it made me more competent with being able to use equipment, and also being able to perform first aid. It was time efficient and tasks were explained clearly very impressed.

Informative and practical course that taught me alot about manual handling

Trainer was very helpful and patient with us as we had few delegates with English not their first language. But trainer really took time to explain things. So everyone passed with flying colours and trained first aiders now. Thank you. Definitely recommend

Overall, I was very impressed with Waleed's performance as a first aider. He demonstrated all the qualities one would hope for in an emergency situation: knowledge, calmness, empathy, good communication skills, and preparedness. I would highly recommend John as a first aider to anyone in need of assistance.
