this is a review from the bottom of my heart about SMA and the course I have just completed.

The entire team has been incredibly supportive, always willing and keen to help whenever needed.

I would especially like to mention the tutors, and in particular Jhonnel. He is a true professional with a great attitude, always approachable and very helpful. The way he teaches and explains each topic makes everything easy to understand and follow.

I had an amazing experience as I was able to lean new skills while also meeting new people with an amazing tutor. I was able to understand every detail of the course because the environment was very friendly and respectful.
My tutor, Johnell, was great very kind, helpful and always willing to support us. Even with small questions. He took the time to make sure everyone understood, which made learning much easier.
Overall, it was a great experience and I truly appreciate all the help and guidance.

Jhonnel is a very passionate and personable trainer. He took his time to explain the nitty gritty of what it takes to be a DEA assessor and even provided out of hour support to ensure that we understand the requirements. 100% I will always recommend him.

Jhonell has been so insightful and patient in his teaching/coaching style. There has been a lot of knowledge to get through, and it has been a sizeable class but he has kept everyone engaged and has always made time to answer everyone’s questions and queries.

He has created a safe space to ask questions without judgement and has helped me allay my worry about completing the coursework.

I would recommend being taught by Jhonell to any future students, he has been very thorough and has been willing to go over the same points over and over again until everyone had a good understanding of all concepts covered.
