I love the range of classes that are available for different skill levels. I understand why the videos are broken down into chapters, but I find it quite annoying. It’s like scrolling through the mil... See more

Recently I completed the course from Toby Haseler with the title "Urban sketching basics - Trees, bushes, hedges, flowers and greenery". I like the teaching style of Toby and I learned about the loose style of sketching he prefers. A good course! But in the end I decided that this is not my style of sketching. So I am happy to have followed this course. There are lots of other courses available on Skillshare from him and other teachers so I can recommend Skillshare if you want to improve your sketching and/or painting.

I love how the explanation is simple and easy to understand. I would love if there was a simple thing to type a topic and it gives you directly what you need and want to know/learn. I just started so maybe I’ll change my mind but for the start it is very good.

So far I have had a great experience with skillshare, i have really benefitted the classes. And the site is relatively easy to use. I also like that you get a cerificate at the end of each class. I also feel that the pricing is reasonable for what you get.

I got what I was looking for and learned a lot. I would also like a 3-month subscription.

I have one complaint that bothers me a lot: I wish I could turn off the autoplay of subsequent lessons.

I enjoyed the teachers on Skillshare and the variety of classes offered.

TERRIBLE! Last year I signed up because I was advertised a different price than they actually charged me. I tried to get a refund, and they said they could not cancel my subscription. I went to the website and canceled right away so they would not charge me the following year. Oh, surprise! I just got charged. Somehow, they kept my payment info and automatically renewed the subscription without my consent. I do not understand how they are allowed to do this. I had already CANCELLED LAST YEAR. I tried deleting my payment information, and the website does not let me. I am afraid I will get charged again and again.

Special Offer Accepted
I’m so grateful to the Skillshare customer service personnel for their kind offer of a year of Skillshare at a reduced price. Just what I needed to explore the platform again. All because I emailed for help and asked.

I love having all of this knowledge at my fingertips. Being able to ask questions and get answers , learning any new hobby my adhd brain wants to hyper fixate on next.

I really like the wide selection of different topics, although it's also a bit overwhelming. What I don't like so much is that I'm constantly being asked via email to post something myself. That's not what I'm looking for. I want to be inspired and, ideally, learn something new in the process. I'm also reluctant to express my opinions publicly online, so the fact that I'm sharing my views here definitely speaks in favor of Skillshare. If there are no hidden costs, then the price seems extremely fair to me. You'll get the fifth star from me if you stop pestering me ;) Love, peace, freedom, and happiness to all.
