Not impressed at all

Not impressed at all, I placed my order after using the postcode checker to ensure they deliver to my area which it confirmed they do, then the day before it’s due to be delivered I noticed the payment had been refunded, no email to explain why just payment refunded, iv emailed asking why but had no reply.
Now I have to wait a week for the money to go back into my account.
Really very unprofessional.
EDIT: at no point was I informed it was out of stock, I was just refunded, no one had the curtesy to send me a message to say it was “out of stock” and that I’d been refunded. That is unprofessional!
Also i have just checked my bank account and my money actually took 5 days to return to my account.

Hi, we emailed you at the same time your refund was issued; the product was out of stock at the time of ordering and whilst we were waiting stock; we didn’t want to hold onto your payment and as a result the refund was issued.

You were offered to reorder for the following week or were given alternatives however didn’t want to up any option. The money was refunded and should have appeared into your account within 1 working day.

Quick delivery

Decent price and got items delivered same day. It was bit expensive for delivery charge.

Best Company around!

Best grocery company around. I have come across many other companies but SK foods customer service and delivery service is second to none. In my opinion they are the best company around

Both Deliveries were correct and on…

Both Deliveries were correct and on very next day but both times I neither got instant email confirming order nor received a call from driver beforehand (although I had requested this in notes while placing order).

Our system automatically emails a confirmation upon order. Please check your junk mail as it can sometimes get lost in there.

We also endeavour to fulfil special instructions such as calling before hand however is not always possible. We will try our best to do better next time. Thank you

Food was amazing true to description

Food was amazing true to description. Delivered too door by a very nice gentleman who wore protective clothing and face mask was very happy. Referred onto other friends who have since placed orders and where very happy with service.
