New to SketchBubble and have found the software really easy to use and helpful! It has made powerpoint images really easy to create and amend. In addition the service that I received with both technical and account queries has been swift, professional and focussed on delivering a great customer experience. Shawn from the Customer Support team has been excellent. Thank you.

I loved the vast selection of templates available. I appreciated the great support extended to me. I look forward to working with them as my businesses grow.

The "free" access is just a scam. I tried 25 different slides once I had handed over my personal details (and received 3 unwanted emails in 5 minutes). All of them were "part of our Pro package". I started clicking on random types of templates and every single one was "pro".
Now the templates look good, but there is no free access to anything I could easily find.

The company responded and pointed me to exactly 0.75% of their templates which are free (1500 of 200,000). Just enough to justify the "free" tag and get you to give your private info to join up. I have looked at them and they are the most generic, useless templates I have ever come across. The quality and type of template difference between "free" and "pro" is amazing. Don't get me wrong, if you want to spend $50/month after being tricked into making an account and finding out that 99.25% of the content is very expensive, go ahead. The actual quality of the templates in the paid section look good and I would use them, but not after being lured in like this.
On closer inspection I should have known. The “Upgrade Now” page has a 2 day counter for a discount that resets continually to make sure you have that sense of urgency. The discounts page has 50% and 60% discounts but no reference to when and for how long the previous prices were used. Just everything I expect from a scam (ish) site.
I went to Presentationgo and got what I needed for free and bought the guys a coffee.
Still no response on how there is no ability to delete my account.

I had an issue with billing, and customer service responded promptly in both resolving my issue and thanking me for highlighting the issue to them by extending my membership. Above and beyond and much appreciated, SketchBubble

I was unable to locate how to renew on the website. I sent a help message and was contacted in a timely manner. I even accidentally put my personal email into my help request rather than the work address that was on the account. The representative was still able to locate my account and assist.

I have subscribed to Sketechbubble for several years and am amazed by the quality and timeliness of the subject matter graphics, themes, and support. My documents and presentations are far better expressed, communicated, and understood when accompanied by Sketchbubbles products. A bonus is the time saved envisioning or creating a graphic, not to mention the cost savings.

I have purchased access to multiple powerpoint template sources in the past and can say without hesitation that SketchBubble is far superior. The ability to search individual templates versus scrolling through presentation after presentation in hope I will find a slide I can use, is completely unique and a game changer.

I recently reached out to the support team with a suggestion on how to improve the product, fully anticipating a thanks-but-no answer if any at all, and instead within a few hours received a a well researched response based on my recent downloads.

My annual subscription fee is well worth every penny.

First, I want to thank the support that I have received from SB! I had so many questions and Shawn was able to answer all of them - almost immediately. The graphics are great and I was able to customize my Supply Chain and Sourcing documents to the point that my client in Norway wants me to do another round. I found a graphic I wanted on the website & contacted them via chat. They were able to quickly & effectively direct me to a solution that worked for me. Very pleased not to get the hard sell for a subscription I might not have used!
