I bought a pair of Skechers shoes in April, and the inside of the heel area completely tore apart—with the padding even coming out—all within just four months. I took them back to the store, but according to their official report, the damage—which has rendered the shoes unusable—was my fault; I find this very strange. Such expensive, "high-quality" shoes shouldn't fall apart so quickly, especially since I used them properly; I’ve never had a problem like this with any of my other shoes!

My order still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks. Despite multiple complaints, customer service keeps blaming the carrier (UPS) but does nothing to resolve the issue.
