Wheels lasting only 10 km…
I ordered new wheels and bearings for my inlines. The new wheels lasted about 10 km, and SkatePro refused to exchange them as this was “normal wear” according to customer service. I send photos, but still no exchange.

Chaotic and unprofessional
First, my package was sent to the wrong country. They offered me 10% compensation on the item and to reship it, which I accepted. Then, without explanation, they refunded the entire order. I contacted them to say this wasn’t right and asked how I could pay it back.
After some back and forth, they somehow refunded me the full amount again instead of charging me. Then they disappeared for over two months. Out of nowhere, I received an email saying I now owed them far more than what had been refunded. After further emails, they admitted their numbers were wrong.
To top it off, they are now asking me to return the original 10% compensation, despite the fact that I’ve spent 10 times more effort dealing with their mistakes than I ever lost by waiting a few extra days for my package.
The whole process has felt like a scam. I will never buy here again and strongly caution others.

Super smooth return process & general experience
I was extremely nervous about purchasing and trying out pairs of inlines online, fearing complications during the return process (such as accusations of having damaged them etc)... I had NO such issues with SkatePro. Contact with support was also smooth. I ordered home 5 pairs of inlines altogether in separate orders to find the right thing for me. Returned them without complications. Some pairs were returned even after 30 days. I feel extremely secure purchasing at SkatePro and will definitely return to them when needed.
