Here is my experience. Order number 2586083.
Made an order for Landyachtz Stratus. Received a call from SkatePro that they no longer had the model I ordered and offered a different one instead (Landyachtz Stratus Golden). I checked the website. It said 45.5'' size. I told them I do not care for the colour that much as much I wanted the longboard to be large, so it was >> important<< to me for it to be 115cm (45.5''). He confirmed, the website confirmed, I confirmed. We were all in agreement. The model arrived after 2 weeks. It was 101 cm (40''). They did offer to exchange it but it is too much of a hassle and i really don't understand why they messed up the one thing I insisted on. I read some negative reviews about them in this sense. But I had decided to go ahead and trust them. Bad idea.

Va mulțumim frumos pentru review.
Ne pare foarte rău sa auzim ca ați avut o experiență neplăcută în colaborarea cu SkatePro, se pare că a existat o problema de comunicare la mijloc. Operatorul SkatePro nu a încercat decât sa va ajute, si ar fi vrut sa va ajute pana la soluționarea cazului.
Ne pare rău pentru disconfortul creat si sperăm ca pe viitor sa comunicam mai bine si in cele din urma sa aveți o experienta plăcuta.
