Stay away, stick with your skateshop.
If you want a Plan B deck don't buy here, just go to your local skateshop or with a solid online shop with a good sav / return policies (skatedeluxe, skatepro ...) .
- i order a red deck for a gift to my daughter. The deck was advertise with a red deck photo on their website, the board was really beautiful / badass. There was a message : The color of the TOP and BOTTOM plies might vary. They finaly send me a green deck, and the color was really ugly.
- i tell them sorry i really don't like the deck i order red you give me green, and nowhere on your site or email, the color green was specified, pre-shipment. I also mention that their e-shop was in english only which is not my native language. (skatepro and skatedeluxe have per country translator for ex )
- First answer was in a false polite mail, "men you don't know how to read, you don't know the usual practice in skateboarding this is normal. Might vary means that red color would be green, it's an evidence."
- I said OK but i still want to return it , i don't like the deck. Well they have absolutely no return policies unlike 99.99% of the webshop in 2025. So there are no return interface, no pre-paid UPS ticket. nothing you just have to send the board yourself.
- On top of that, they have no retail seller or per country warehouse so you have to send the deck in spain at the factory with international shipment. It was 20/30 euros to pay to return a 60 euros deck ...
- i ask if they can offer better alternative , and never get an answer. So i say go to hell Plan B i won't trust you again.
- 2 days later i resend an email of the board that i have to sell on ebay to avoid loosing 25 euros in shipment, and then after telling me i was childish offer a 9.95 euros return ticket. I have to fight/endure 5 Mails of this half very polite / very bitchy prose to get an option to return a board with a color i didn't order.
- i tell him/her? ( the person never give a firstname ) that they can go to hell with their awful customer services. I can't see any shop with a customer services as bad as them except footlocker in the last 10 years of internet buy. Basically they just want your money, not your satisfaction.
- one last thing, I strongly advise you to read their refund policies, Basically they don't refund, they just give credit on their store. They can refund only if they recognise a mistake from their part, having deal with their client support i can say that you have more chance to see an orthopedic surgeon recognize an error than them.
PS1 : Go to hell Plan B my daughter will skate chocolate from now. :)
PS2 : I buy a new deck for my daughter at snowbeach, 2 minutes after that i get a phone call from the team that ask me if i want them to grip the deck, and if they can do anything else to help. Love you guys !
