Bought a pair of iqon ag15 couldnt be happier. Ordered and was informed they did not have any in stock at that present moment and would take a few days after checking if i was okay with still going ahead (which i was). Team was very friendly and quick to inform me and answer any queries i had. And for the trouble had gifted a few christmas goodies (thank you again)
Overall experience: cant complain, very friendly and civil team at a very busy time of the year

They advertise stock they do not have.
They then try to sell you another size & gaslight you that the size doesn't matter.
They take days to inform you of this & then further days to process your refund.

The skates were for my daughter's birthday, so this hassle has really caused me unwanted grief.

I'd avoid these guys, as they are very unhelpful & slow, as well as false advertisers.

They'll hit you with excuses & ignore the facts.
They've no hope of improving, as they'll just ignore the customer.
Truly an awful company, don't waste your time or money.

I had a slight issue with my order so James got in touch and went the extra mile to sort it out and make sure I was definitely getting what I was looking for. Fast, friendly and personal customer service, would definitely recommend 👍

Well what can I say.

Firstly place my order then get told that 1 item is out of stock yet doesn't say that on the site. Ok no big problem just wait a week.

Then when item is back in stock the other item I'd ordered was now out of stock due to the one I'd paid for being sold while I waited for the other item to come into stock so after having to have a different set of pads these items arrive only to be missing part of the set pads the wrist protection. So once more in at my email to get this sorted after waiting all week we finally get the wrist protection and it's been used as there is a nice gouge on the plastic palm protection. Also I ordered some wrist protection myself the same day they sent out the missing wrist protection and that's not turned even though I paid for the delivery. So all in all shame of a shopping experience really

Purchased a pair of skates and they arrived in a damaged box and without sufficient protection. The skates themselves, one boot in particular is also damaged. The suede is balding in areas, there are numerous marks and scratches and the stops look like they may have been pre used due to the markings on them. I'm absolutely gutted as I have wanted these skates for a long time and I'm already having issues with returns as looks like I'm liable for that even though the skates are faulty. The company only offer a link with 20% off for returns. Diabolical.

Edited to add: My response from the company below is inaccurate. They only offer 'free returns' once the skates have been sent back and deemed faulty by warranty. I have sent numerous images to prove the poor condition of the skates but I'm being told that's how they're meant to be. Lies!!! They're balding, have stitching issues, as well as being scraped and marked... Not to mention the damaged box which they arrived in!
Avoid this company as it seems they will take no accountability for the less than perfect items which they sell!

The first time I bought from skate Britain I was ordering some wheels. Unfortunately the colours I wanted just went out of stock so James emailed.me straight away with the stock they had in the size I wanted and he got it to my door very quickly.

So when I wanted to upgrade my skates and spend big going back to skate Britain was a no brainer. Great communication and the personal touch. Thank you guys. I'll 10000% come to you again

Fast delivery, ordered Saturday pm delivered Tuesday lunchtime. Great communication and the website was easy to use. I’d be happy to use Skate Britain again.

Visited Skate Britain today and had great service. Looking for skates for my son but after seeing what was available and discussing, they changed the wheels and bearings on my son’s current skates while we waited. Would highly recommend, gave some good advice and was able to have a drink while we were waiting. Only advice, put a sign up to show where you are!

Bought jam straps and I'm really impressed with them. i think the 3 strap design works better than the standard 2 strap. It's worth paying the extra. They help me feel 'rooted' in my plates and more in control. Worthwhile investment.

Good customer service

Had an issue with some skates shipped to USA, folllwed the right process and when the skates did not show up, they refunded me for the loss of the package.

Product is a fine, fine pair of skates: smoother than silk and faster than a rat up the proverbial.
Service was efficient and kindly. I ordered skates that weren’t in stock by accident. Instead of saying nothing and keeping me waiting, they informed within an hour of getting the order and asked if I wouldn’t mind if they ordered from German stockists - refunding and then paying extra postage to get the skates to me soonest.
It’s why I’m here writing a 5 star review. And it’s why I’ll be returning for spares.

Easy to order and great customer service - there was an issue with my parcel damaged in transit and they resolved it smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Fancied getting a pair of inlines to get back into the hobby (45 year old man here!), so googled for a decent pair and found these guys selling the ones I liked at a price significantly lower than their competition. You know when something seems too good to be true...?
Despite my skepticism though they arrived within a few days and were absolutely perfect! Couldn't have asked for more really, so no problem in recommending these guys!

I was worried at first but after contacting shop vie phone everything went smooth. I received my skates within a week. Thank you guys.

These guys did a great job on short notice sorting out my mrs a set of moxi Jack's for her bday.
I didn't give them alot of time to get it sorted but they did it and rushed my order for me and refused to take any extra for the hassle.
Nice people and I will definitely be ordering through them again if I get lumbered buying another set of skates for her.
